In 2005, company founder Bill Woods opened Three W Services, a professional, full-service painting company. However, Bill has been in the painting industry for over 14 years, collecting a wealth of knowledge along the way. A product of St. Pius X High School (Class of 1997), Bill began working at a major commercial paint company before and after high school.

It was there that he learned the values of the commercial painting industry. Bill continued on to college and graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown in 2004. Entrepreneurship had always been a passion of Bill's and as such, he has successfully implemented a dream into a reality.
