I had Blue Marlin start weekly service the beginning of this summer after a winter of neglect on my part, they were able to get my pool sparkly blue and get rid of the nasty algae spots that had taken over. My service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable on pools. Will definitely be sticking with this business.

Horrible! Didn't close the backwash valve, they forgot and made a mistake ' as they replied, this was 2 months ago and it drained the pool 1/2 way overnight. Apologized and then sure enough they neglected to pay attention and not close the backwash valve again! Seriously? Not once but twice now? No excuse! I'm not sure if the company really wants to stay in business with these consistent mistakes.

I've had to call Blue Marlin twice in the last couple of years for emergency service, they've always been quick, and considering it's the summer that's important. they replaced my Filter the first time and did a great job, the second time I needed a new motor (discovered the issue Sunday evening, called Monday morning at 730 am) and they managed to fit me in and get it replaced quite reasonably, and the pool was back up and running within 3 hours of my call. I would recommend them to anyone. they are quick, efficient, professional, and reasonable

Reception person is not very good. After using this pool service for a year, in a rental home, I was called to schedule cleaning of my DE Filter. I said let's do it! Then after 2 months no word from anyone, and I even reminded my weekly maintenance guy, Edwin. Well after 3 months, I was out of town and my wife called them, because the pool sounded like it was running rough.
The person who answered said that we were due for a DE cleaning! Really? She said she would speak to me upon my return, as we were moving soon. No one ever came out to see what was up. So i called when I got back, and told her, that I OK'd the work months ago, but no one ever came to do it, and I was moving, and was not going to do it. At that time I asked to have someone come see the new pool that I just purchased.
She asked me my Zip Code, which is about 2 blocks from Blue Marlin Office. She said she would schedule, and someone would be calling. 2 weeks later still no call. I then called to cancel service at the rental, and told her what a pain in the ass it was to work with them, and I would find someone else to care for my pool. I then received an email from the owner/manager that my language to the receptionist would not be tolerated! That's my experience in a nutshell

We have a 2nd home in Scottsdale and are here every 2 weeks. In the last 3 months we have yet to arrive to a clean pool! This last time we arrived to a disgusting pool- we called and were told someone would be here the following day (today). we just returned home to AGAIN find a dirty pool. My husband is on his way to the pool store to pick up a vacuum and we are switching pool companies tomorrow! Horrible service and taking advantage of people who don't look at their pool every day! Shame on them!

They first tried to help me over the phone and solve my pipe blockage over the phone. I ended up having to have them come out and fix the blockage in the pool pipes, normal consumer made it worse LOL. They came out next day and was fixed within about 45 min. Great rates awesome to do business with. I would recommend them again and again.
