I used to love utilizing this store 15 years ago. This time around the customer service was a bit like pulling teeth. I was asked to email photos, which I did but then no one got back to me until after two plus weeks I finally called. Lots of new staff who don't seem knowledgeable (thanks covid). Got the run around trying to find someone to talk with who could help me. Still kind and good people. Still great selection of products. Convenient location.

I recently bought a house that was half remodeled. I was told they had "enough boxes of flooring left in the shed" to finish the downstairs carpet removal project. I ended up needed three times as much product (Provenza Moda Living LVT) and these guys really came through for me. Lance placed my order easy peasy. I was hasty in my calculations and decisions and ended up needing to return stair nosings and buy another case which cost me freight. BUT.Matt was able to negotiate lower return freight for me after much hem-haw on my part. Totally a satisfied customer and the floor looks great too!

Update: they realized and acknowledged that I was frustrated and something got messed up with the scheduling. Our estimator, Oscar, stepped up and came in to start the demo for our project. I don't think this is part of his normal duties but he did it anyway to ensure that i was happy and that my job would be started and completed on schedule and on time.
I appreciate that they acknowledged the scheduling issue and stepped up to get the job done. Lots of time when this happens, companies will try to push the blame somewhere else and then try to reschedule at their convenience.

Just spoke to Matt on the showroom floor over the phone, he was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of different flooring even though he knew I would probably not be purchasing there at this time. I really appreciated all of his help, and will be giving my business to Floor Factors in the future!

Floor Factors has completed several jobs for us (a church). Over the years they have installed tile and carpet. Recently, they took an old room divider covered with ancient carpet squares and redid the wood and the surface of the divider. gratis! Always, they are competent and friendly, and come when they say they will. We highly recommend Floor Factors.

I called and was told they had about 50 carpet remnant rolls for me to choose from. I was taken to their warehouse space when I arrived. The remnants were rolled with their undersides visible but not their carpet sides and they were stored on their sides on shelves above my head. The woman showing me my choices cut off samples for me to look at that were (I kid you not) 1 inch x 1/4 inch. Really? Never mind. I'll go somewhere else!

Fantastic place, everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Matt helped me with my kitchen flooring. I was looking for something neutral colored, inexpensive and removable as I am renting. He showed me several options, was thorough in explaining the details and able to give me estimates on the cost. He also promptly answered any follow up questions in emails and called when the flooring arrived.
I'm happy the total price ended up being less than the estimate he gave, it arrived in only a day and they delivered same day to my apartment for free. Overall, I'm really pleased with the new floor and their quality customer service.

We recently moved an older manufactured home to our lot in St Helens. The flooring was destroyed from the rehab work we had to complete, so I contacted Floor Factors for some ideas on what to do. When I first walked into Floor Factors a blonde girl glued to her computer barely looked my direction then when she finally said hi she lowered her eyes at me like I was interrupting her then went back to her computer. I asked where the marmoleum was located she pointed towards the back and said it was back there. God forbid she get out of her chair.
I was then approached by a brunette woman who was very friendly and knowledgeable, later I spoke with a young man who was also very friendly. Overall I liked my experience with FF except the rude blonde girl.

After calling around multiple locations for pricing and leaving multiple messages, Floor factors was the only store to get back to me in a timely manner. When they did get back to me they were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful, so I decided to go in person to see flooring samples in their showroom. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and helped right away. An hour later I walked out a happy customer after placing an order, as they were able to get me the best pricing for the best quality material I was looking for. I got excellent help at Floor Factors on multiple days. We are getting carpet for our concrete basement and vinyl planks upstairs. We were doing an entire gutting of our house and are overbudgeted; the floor factors folks did not try to upsell us but calmly walked us through all our options. Fully recommended!

For all of us googlers out there. if you need any type of floor covering or counter tops this is the place. After shopping from big box stores for best price, I was amazed after leaving floor factors with my 415 sq feet of material. In a nutshell, if ya need floor stuff go to floor factors. I'd invite anyone over to my house to see the brainless work of the "finest wood floors man " in the city. He laid an imperfect board in a high volume pathway. it could have been placed in a bedroom, under a likely bed spot, or in a corner, on the perimeter. so many better places for a piece that is messed up. My socks catch in it when I pass by. not cool, these $22,000 floors are three years old!

Matt and Cam are excellent! Matt took the time to help me find carpet for our den. I was on a budget and was concerned that I was going to have to pay a lot of money to match the carpet in the rest of the house. Matt took the time to walk me through the warehouse and we hunted until we found just the right piece. I was pleasantly surprised to find that one of the guys that had taken such an interest in helping was actually the guy who ran the place. Kudos for an excellent job and taking the time to help.

These guys were great. My wife and I worked with Frank to get new carpet, kitchen counter tops, back-splash, and wood flooring in our new house. We put a lot of faith in Frank and his team with such a heavy investment, and man did they nail it. Our general contractor originally referred us to Floor Factors four years ago and we are so grateful they did. Floor Factors has what we believe to be the best selection of floor covering in the Portland area and their staff is top notch. We have now had them install carpeting on two separate occasions and their installers are terrific. We have also had to ask them for help twice when areas of our house and carpeting were damaged by water intrusion.
On both occasions they sent people out promptly to help deal with the mess and gave us referrals to some great waterproofing experts. As far as we are concerned Floor Factors is the best!

I had a Situation. A mostly destroyed rug (cat pee) and a schedule that left no time to shop for a replacement. The rug cleaner recommended Floor Factors. I hastily bought a remnant and asked that my old rug be cut down to eliminate the bad area so it could be used in another room. Laura was very helpful and pleasant to work with, even through some glitches along the way that were NOT caused by Floor Factors.
The warehouse manager, Mike, and his team were also excellent, accommodating my wacky schedule and making sure the new rug looked just right. Most pleased with Floor Factors and will certainly to to them again.

The carpet looks lovely and I am very satisfied with the service. I do especially want to express my appreciation to Jeff Dyrland for the excellent job he did in my home. He was superb in his skill and conscientiousness. It was amazing to watch him handle the huge, heavy carpet all by himself. It was truly an impressive experience.

We were interested in redoing our kitchen floor with one of the new generation linoleum products and a neighbor recommended that we look at Floor Factors. We found that they have an impressive range of flooring options including a Marmoleum product that met our needs. Within a few days an estimator visited our condo, measured and generated an estimate.
The flooring arrived within a few weeks and it was time for installation. The pleasant and professional installers prepped the area one day and installed the next. The installation was beautifully done. I should say that we used Marmoleum in a previous house and the installation was very poorly done. I especially appreciate the excellent job done by Floor Factors.

I've finally reached the age where I would much rather pay a fair price for quality items versus buying the cheaper stuff at the Big Box stores. My father-in-law turned me on to Floor Factors and I will be buying tile and flooring here from now on. They have a good selection of quality products and knowledgeable staff. What about the quality, you ask? Well, they have tile that actually is dyed through the entire tile, versus just on the top layer, so even a ding in the tile won't ruin it.
They also have high quality pre-mix adhesive and sealant.unlike those other stores. Frank, their Estimator, is a good guy and knows his stuff. He set me up with just the right amount of tile and asked plenty of questions to get to complete his estimate. The product they sell is worth the money.

Good selection and good prices. I used Floor Factors for carpet during a home remodeling project. The prices and range of products was really amazing for such a small space. The contractor who came out to install the carpet was really kind, and finished the whole job in one day. Granted, it was only about 400 sq feet, but the upstairs is very sectioned and strange in my old house. I could not see the lines anywhere. Nice product and great installation.

We recently remodeled our bathroom and chose floor factors for our tile and fiber flooring. After doing tons of research I found they were the most inexpensive and had a great selection. I must have gone in that store 50 times for samples to take home and not once did anyone get annoyed with me. The customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend using floor factors next time you remodel.

After driving around town to at least 5 different tile stores I ended up at Floor Factors and was happily surprised! They have a huge selection and the person I spoke with was very knowledgable about the selection. I found a tile at Floor Factors that I had also found at another store, but it was over $1.30 a sq foot cheaper at Floor Factors! The order was places and received in a very short amount of time and was exactly as ordered.
