We are long time customers. We try to have our home sprayed BEFORE we see any spiders or bugs so we usually have A-1 come out 3-4 times a year. They are always very helpful, professional, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

Response was very quick in contacting me to set an appointment. The exterminator, Charles, was professional, thorough, and answered all questions. Charles said to observe for two weeks and, if ants are still seen, to call them back. I am still in that two week period, so anxious to see if these little sugar ants disappear completely.

Great results. I moved into a duplex that is riddled with problems. The first problem was black widow spiders and peripheral cockroaches. Since I hired them to spray (4 months ago, guaranteed pet/human-safe), I haven't had a single bug here. It took 20 minutes and was VERY fairly-priced. I cannot recommend this business more.

So far so good they came and worked on the inside of my house with spray and baited the ants outside. I really don't want to live with ants unless they pay rent individually. I was very satisfied with the service they gave. I believe the technician was named Joseph and he was professional. My situation seems much improved already.

These guys are absolutely phenomenal! I have had them at our house one time roughly 3 to 4 months ago and I have yet to see a single insect within our home or garage since that time. I then got a call to reschedule for a prepaid service that I had already paid for and forgot about and they called to schedule with me, John was my technician and he was extremely friendly, right on time and highly knowledgeable. A-1 came out the same day I called them to help me with a rodent problem. John, the technician, was friendly and professional - he quickly assessed the situation and took care of it right away - identifying where the mice were entering and where bait should be placed. I also had the chance to speak with the owner on the phone - he was very helpful! I'm so glad I went with A-1, it's a real local business doing good work for people in the community. Their pricing was competitive and straightforward, with no aggressive sales pitches or recurring fees. Check them out!

These guys are awesome. I had a mice attack 2 years ago, they came I think the following day to place bait stations. Solved the issue in under a week. Part of that service includes a free refill when needed, which I totally forgot about for almost 2 years. When I called them last week about sewer roaches creeping out once in a while they were able to come once again the next day, and also took care of that free refill I forgot about for so long.

Most companies would probably tell you that you have to get it done within a few month for it to be free, not A1. Another thing I loved is that Isaac, my technician, was running 10 minutes late and instead of ghosting me and leaving me worried they had forgotten about me, he called me 20 minutes before the appointment to let me know. He was also able to answer so many questions (from a safe social distance) and was extremely friendly, which so far including everyone on the phone and my last technician, has been true of every single employee.

I paid almost $300 for A-1exterminators to place bait stations around my property due to mice. They told me that I would pay this higher cost one time and that after that they would return and refill the bait stations once for free. After that they would only charge $60 for additional refills. Well funny thing, as soon as I needed them to come back they stopped returning my calls. I have left multiple messages and texts over months and they refuse to fulfill their commitment. COMPLETE RIP OFF AND COMPLETELY DISHONEST COMPANY.

For the first time ever I moved into an old house. Why didn't everyone in the world tell me that spiders come with the beautiful large trees and bushes. After quite some time of screaming and running from spiders in the house I called A1 Exterminators. The owner is usually the one that calmly answers and explains how they will save the day and your possible relationship with their products. and boy did they!

They are timely, thorough, and will come back at no charge if the service does not work (which did not happen in my case, it worked the first time). The product lasts 3 months so you will want to schedule them every three months. The company is not pushy so you have to schedule with them. or you will be running and screaming in your house again. I have had two treatments and six months of bliss.

My next service is next week and I am so excited! We almost moved over the situation, and now we enjoy the house and the yard. The staff is wonderful and honest. One tip is to give the owner your phone number you want on your account because he often uses the number you are calling from. so if your cell phone is a different number make sure to specify. Also, if you have pets that is fine!

I have a cat and a dog and we choose to put them in one room and not spray that one room. Why are they different and better from Terminex? There product is exceptional and they treat the exterior of the house thoroughly so you don't have dead spiders inside. you have No spiders inside. Now that is a win in my book!

They came 4 days ago for mice, they said I would see results in a couple weeks.already seeing it! great customer service, professional exterminators, very fair pricing, and inform you so you can be in the loop. We have used these guys for about a year, and though the technicians are great, and the job seems thorough, the strange thing is in their scheduling. They will service your home three times a year (if I recall correctly) but you have to call them to get them to come out. When you buy the year's package it saves you a small amount per visit (hardly worth the commitment). My issue is in having to remember to call them. I think the service would be better if they scheduled with their customers instead.

Easy to schedule, show up on time, effective. This is the second year we've used them to spray for spiders and to get rid of mice in the back yard.

I had ants all over my house and when I reached out to a different company they didn't even show up! That was not the case with these guys! Every single person I interacted with at A-1 was so kind & helpful, the gentleman on the phone talked through their entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. A-1 scheduled me in and Luke arrived right on time, he was very kind and professional and even put up with my 3 dogs jumping all over him. I had a mice problem and they took care of it! Their methods are simple yet very effective, and the traps are safe to have around the house with my kids. Their customer service was also great, very friendly and professional.

We love A-1! They are always quick to come out when we need them, which is rarely since they started spraying! We live in the mountains so we often hear our neighbors complain about snakes, spiders, mice, etc and we haven't seen any of that since we started working with A-1! Spraying is super fast and totally worth it! Highly recommended by us!

Came home and found it had been sprayed: What?.wrong address. Areas around 3 opened windows and door threshold w/ doormat all wet with spray. Called A-1 & was given name of product they used & I explained my sensitivity to "cides". I was told that the employee who wrongly sprayed could come and help me clean my sprayed kitchen and drapes. No, he was telling the stuff was fine, "look, I have it all over me." After cleaning for hours I learned from the internet that the product used is an outdoor-only-product and has a 15 hour non-reentry warning.

Next morning I had diarrhea, tremors, and stomach cramps. Via mail I requested recompense for several herbs I had growing just inside my sprayed kitchen window which I had to toss, cleaning of sprayed sheers, doormat, and hours of kitchen cleaning. No response. Its a little thing to make a mistake on an address, a bigger thing to carelessly spray an outdoor-non-reentry X15 hour product all around opened windows and an entry way, its an arrogant and careless thing to ignore responsibility.

We had a small hornets nest above our garage. We called on a Saturday morning and they were able to get out to us by 2pm that same day. They were extremely responsive, punctual, and respective of our time and schedule. They also sprayed the inside and outside of the house to ensure no other pests decided to share our home. I can't recommend them enough. Great service! Hopefully we don't need to, but would 100% use them again.

We found A-1 on facebook and since day one they have always been very professional, always punctual and we have never had bug problems after they spray. The guys that come and spray are extremely professional and very respectful of our home!

The crew at A-1 are top notch professionals that get the job done right! We live in an older house with bug issues and these guys really made a difference. What I really liked about them is that the owner is so involved.
