We had Pest Pro come out yesterday 6/21/22. From the 1st call to post treatment I've been impressed. Connor came out to spray for roaches. He was so helpful with our questions not to mention a great personality. We will request him in the future. Great company to work with. Service: Bug & insect extermination

My house has a bit of a spider problem for a while now and with spring starting, I figured this would be a good time to get rid of them. I decided on Pest Pro because of all the amazing reviews and I am so glad I did! Arranging the meeting through text was easy and quick thanks to Cole and Forest. A huge shout-out to them since they made everything work smoothly and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision.

As for the treatment, Kobe was fantastic! He called before coming, was very friendly and clearly explained the process. Even while I had a brief meeting, he was excellent and made the whole thing seem easy. I plan to update once I can speak on any reduction of bugs, but so far, I couldn't speak more highly! Short-Term Update (2 weeks): So far, I have gone from seeing 1 spider every other day to seeing 0.

The technician who performed the treatment, Bryce, was very kind, professional and informative. He went above and beyond. When he was done, we had a few questions and he patiently answered every question we had. This was our 2nd treatment. Our first treatment went exactly the same. We are very happy with the service we were provided with and recommend Pest Pro!

Pest Pro scheduled me for same day which was a blessing since I discovered baby birds in the attic on a Saturday when all businesses are closed through the weekend. Daniel arrived and diagnosed the solution in just a matter of minutes- the pricing was more than fair (I called two other services who wanted double)- and got right to work. He removed the birds, identified the hole of entry, sealed it off entirely, and fogged the attic for future deterrents. Couldn't be happier with Daniel's timeliness, professionalism, and ability to quickly resolve the issue. 6stars!

Packer was great! Respectful, professional, punctual and efficient! We would definitely recommend Pest Pro to anyone! We had a carpet beetle issue and Packer gave us quite a bit of info on them. We enjoyed it so much we signed up for quarterly maintenance.

We have had 2 sessions so far and the Pest Pro team has been great. Our first exterminator was Connor and the second one was Bryce. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable about cockroaches and bugs in general. We had approximately 100 roaches in our front porch and they were able to rid and kill them within 24 hours of their first treatment. Now with 2nd treatment I know they'll be gone for a long time until the next one. Thank you!

Kobe from Pest Pro came to our home for a general pest treatment. He was wonderful. Very kind and informative! We got this done in October and it's April and still no sign of pests in our house. I highly recommend this company. Very affordable too!

I had a major problem with Carpenter Ants in some cupboards in my kitchen. I tried all the home remedies suggestions offered on the internet and some guaranteed to kill retail products. Nothing got rid of them. I finally decided I needed a professional service to help with the problem. I called multiple services and decided on Pest Pro. I was treated wonderfully on my initial call and their prices were competitive.

We set up a time that worked and the technician was prompt and concerned about my problem. Those ants were challenging to get rid of but they honored their guarantee and didn't give up until they were gone. This company is professional but warm. We had a great conversation about our specific issue(lots of spiders). They did not make me feel crazy when I told them my son had been treated for brown recluse bites, but instead shared similar stories. The technician Bryce came out was very kind, and on time and then told me his plan. We were very comfortable having him in our home. He let me know what to look out for and let me know if I saw any issues to reach out and them and they'd be on it. There is a reason they have five stars!

This company is the only one that could effectively treat carpet beetles. I'm so grateful that I found them! All of their staff is responsive and easy to work with. Isaac the technician that came out was also great! I'm extremely impressed with this company and would highly recommend.

I have had Pest Pro come out and spray for spiders at my house about every 6 - 9 months. Their service is always excellent. The spiders are always gone as promised, and they don't come back for months. We get huge wolf spiders, so I'm happy to not see them around anymore! This time our service person was Kobe Hong. He did an amazing job. He called on his way so I knew when to expect him. He was very respectful and kind, and he was quite quick with the service. I highly recommend Pest Pro and Kobe.

This is our second year using Pest Pro's services and we will continue to do so. Their prices are very competitive, and their service is second to none. Connor did an extremely good job not only on the job itself but explaining to me what he was doing and why.

I hate spiders inside my home, so I have been using Pest Pro for the past 3 years. I also have my yard and trees treated. Max always hires the nicest young men, very professional and friendly. I have never felt uncomfortable having someone from Pest Pro spray in every corner of my home.

Absolutely love their service! Connor was super respectful and even took his boots off before coming in our house which is HUGE in my culture. It always irks my nerves when a service guy comes and tracks dirt n grime in my house.

Thank you for the pest control services today (14 Oct 2015)! Zack arrived promptly for the appointment at our home and got right to work on the yellow jacket infestation. In short order, he had dusted the area under our hot tub despite the yellow jackets that were swirling around his bee suit.
