I had gophers from the neighbor and they caught one overnight, put the dead one back in the tunnel to ward off others and have not had any trouble since. And I still have 2 more visits left if they pop up again in this particular area. Service: Rodents

Came into work this morning to a carpet of black ants in the entry way! Some even had wings. Called around trying to find someone who could help with a corporation. Sat on hold with one of their completers for 45 minutes (never spoke with anyone). Enough of that. I phoned Hybrid and a living person answered on the 2nd ring! Not only could they help with a corporation, they could have someone out the same day! Justin came sooner than expected (thank goodness)! We have carpenter ants! He diagnosed and treated the entire building quickly and efficiently. Scheduled our follow up! Thank you so much Hybrid

We have been using Hybrid for quarterly service for years now, and we love them! Their techs are always on time, friendly, and thorough. Scheduled a call for a rat problem. They were not knowledgeable on the type of rat (Pack Rat, not typical Norway) and provided little value, but Justin was very nice. I would not use them again.

Travis was really friendly and knowledgeable about everything I asked. He even took his shoes off before walking on my vintage rug with out me having to ask. The nice thing was he came during the window time they gave me which was 3 to 5 and he showed up around 3:15pm. So many other companies have given me windows and they either would be way early or late or wouldnt come at all.

I have dogs and he said it was pet friendly. Great pricing and so far friendly to work with. I also liked that they could send me a bill instead of just having my card on file which makes me nervous. He had a solution for all of my concerns. I am so thrilled to be on my way to a spider free home.

These guys are great to work with! Super friendly and really did a great job both inside and out. The price is great, especially if you are looking to get rid of those pests on a quarterly basis.
