Charlie with ARGENT SOLAR is the man who will educate and shoot it to you straight. He will not oversell/overproduce your household needs. He came to our home and made our solar buying experience very memorable! He was here the day they put the panels on the roof and the day we flipped the switch to turn them on; We signed just before Christmas and had our panels on the roof by the end of January. We actually got his name from APS when I had called asking all kinds of questions about solar. Hands down Charlie is the one to call!

We bought a house in Goodyear in October 2021, and decided that we should look into solar. (We already have solar and geothermal installed at our permanent home). We are Canadian and did the installation with our Sales Rep, Charlie Miller. First of all, Charlie is a very knowledgeable, reliable and honest person and he will tell you the straight goods.

Between the responsive and polite office support staff (Africa Cota and Dawn Waterfield) and Charlie - this implementation went as smoothly as could be expected - all while I was back in Canada and no one was at our house. I interviewed several companies before choosing Argent SOLAR. So far, I am satisfied with my selection. Today is five days after my installation. The install process was smooth once the permits and all were done. They answered questions and kept me informed of the progress with the city and electric company. The design of the installation looks pretty nice.

The workmanship looks excellent. The clean-up was excellent. The application to monitor the production (pc or phone) of energy from the panels is pretty easy to follow and understand once you read or you're trained what it means. It's user-friendly with a bit of technical information. Now I'm waiting to see the first few bills. With the wait, the question of is it all worth it shows up periodically. Hopefully, I am on the right new electric plan that will benefit my family: the solar and electric hybrid electrical plan. (To be updated in a few months)

Fast, professional, clean and helpful. I had a system installed and am ecstatic with the professionalism of the company. They were extremely quick to provide a quote, get scheduled and get the job completed. Craig Bloom was the company rep who visited me within a day or so of my calling. He explained the options very thoroughly, the process to expect and what to expect from APS.

They handled all coordination with the city code inspectors and APS to get it up and running. They scheduled for a two install that ran to two and half because of heavy rains on the first day. Other than the slight weather delay, they were precisely on time. They set, and met, expectations each step of the way. Zero surprises working with this company. Zero complaints. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly.

Argent Solar is a top notch company to work with. I contacted them in late October. Craig Bloom came out the same day for a quote. Not only were they the least expensive of the quotes we got (with same panels and inverters) they also were the only ones that were willing to commit to a completion date before the end of the year. They did not disappoint. Craig kept me in the loop as we were going through the process and by Dec 15th our system was turned on.

The installers were fantastic and even fixed a small roof issue we had. The after sale support has been fantastic as well. Whenever we I have a question Craig answers promptly and they offered to come out immediately when a internet password change caused our monitoring app to disconnect. The solar system has been running flawlessly. If you consider Tesla I encourage you to read their reviews and the recent headlines of them raising prices on the solar roof after homeowners had signed contracts. With Argent you will get a company that will stick to their word and that is there when you need support. We have been happy with them and highly recommend them.

I had a system installed in 2012 and went with a lease because of the cost at that time. I would go with the purchase now because the costs have come down dramatically since 2012. Argent installed 3 of my neighbors and my sister. All are very happy with their systems. Craig Bloom was our rep and explained everything very well.

Argent Solar and Craig Bloom the sales person are outstanding. Everything went as planned and they were 35% cheaper with better equipment than Sunrun and some of the other companies who tried to ripp us off.

I talked to all the Solar Companies I could find at the Home Show but found Argent Solar via personal referral. I'm glad I did. Craig Bloom was my salesman and he explained all my options and helped us choose solar. Installation was fast and painless (other than paying for the system) and we started saying money on the first bill. $216 the first month! (billing date from mid-May to mid-June) Looking forward to many years of "free" or very low cost electricity.

Their quoted price was the most economical. We had to upgrade our electrical service besides the solar panel installation. Craig and his team were on top of the installation from start to finish, very timely through permitting, panel / electrical installation to turning the system on going live. Installation very clean from paint touchup, routing conduit and mounting equipment. Looked like built into the home, not an add-on. You will be very pleased! Wanted to add we signed contract on 6.6.18 and was completed and went live on 8.14.18. Great Job!

Trust me when I tell you, that if you are considering solar, this is the company to go to in AZ. I have had my system for about 5 months now and couldn't be happier. The price was excellent, but the customer service is out of this world. We are working with Craig Bloom and this guy handles everything right away. He met and even exceeded everything promised from the beginning of the process until the end.

He even answers his phone on Sundays! It is so exciting to see all of the money you save every month on electricity. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but in this case, I really felt they deserved the well earned recognition.

We made the decision to purchase solar panels from Argent more than a year ago and have had a wonderful experience. They helped move the process along when APS was dragging their feet, they never made promises that did not pan out, they are readily available whenever we have questions or need service, and they address problems quickly.
