I jammed up our old garage door by accidentally leaving something in the way of it's closing. Our only car was trapped inside. The folks at Rockstar went above and beyond to help us out. Our beautiful new garage door was installed quickly at a time when everyone is struggling with being short handed. They are definitely Rockstars in every sense of the word.

I was recommended Caroll Canyon Garage Doors by a co-worker, and since I felt it was time for a maintenance check on the doors they seemed like the perfect company to help me out with any issues. I paid good money, relatively fair for the cleaning, tuneup and adjustments on the tracks they did. I'm satisfied, they are a good bunch!

Can't thank Randy enough for the work he did to fix our garage door. He also noticed our cylinder was unlocked and replaced it. Our door needed extra springs. Randy was kind enough to show me where the problems were and then how he fixed them. Very friendly and excellent service. I highly recommend ROCKSTAR!

Best Garage Door Company! I had an emergency, one of my garage door springs snapped. This prevented my garage door from opening and allowing me to pull out my car. I had to act fast because this occurred on my way to work. I called Rockstar Garage Door Services, and was immediately scheduled for repair. No less than 30 minutes after the call, Luis and Guillermo showed up.

They manually opened my garage door allowing me to pull out my car. After pulling out my car, I went inside to finish getting ready for work. No sooner than I was finished, Luis informed me that the repair was successfully completed. Convenient, Fair, Honest, and Fast! I highly recommend them. Thank you Rockstar Garage Door Services.

Very unprofessional! the tech estimate was all over the place, didn't seem to know what needed to get fixed, very high repair cost estimate and didn't want to put it in writing, had to call the manager, will not recommend them

I had good experiences with this company the first two times- first to install an automated garage door opener, and then to install an emergency unlock hole for when the power source to the garage was out. This time I called to change the key code. I asked if I they could tell me how to do it myself. I've already spent close to $700 with this company, so I thought they might give me support over the phone. Nope.

The person on the phone told me a tech needed to come out. Ryan charged $100 and made my mom do it herself "for muscle memory." $100 to change the code when he literally had my mom do it herself? Pretty disappointed.

I have used this company several times and have always been pleased. I have found them to be honest, competitively priced, and always on time. Highly recommend them.

These guys were great, came out and fixed the immediate problem of the door not going down. Then were quickly able to replace it, and one of the guys came out after to confirm the job was done to our satisfaction. Probably wont ever need them again, but if I do will definitely give them a call.

Hired Rockstar to replace our old manual tilting door with new one. Spoke to Luis and the next day he came by to give me a quote. Scheduling a time for the installation was easy and he answered all my questions clearly and everything was straightforward. The installation was done professionally and quickly. Everything looks and works great! The installer walked me through using the equipment and was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Rockstar Garage Door Services.

I checked out Rockstar online before choosing a company to fix my garage door and was impressed with their 5 star rating and numerous good reviews. The technician Rick W. serviced my door with a thorough tune up, garage door adjustment and lubrication which was badly needed. The 20 year old spring on our garage door broke on Monday 3/15/21. I ran Google searches, and read the reviews both good and bad from four garage door repair companies. I decided to take a gamble on this local garage door service that had a 5 star rating, but only 390 reviews. I called them around 2:45pm, was given a fair estimate, and asked for the first available appointment, since I wasn't able to lift the door by myself to get my car out.

My appointment was around 5pm, however I received a call from their Tech Rick at 3:30pm who asked if it would be ok if he arrived at 4pm. YES! Rick arrived at 4pm, and gave me his assessment of what needed to be done. I took his advice to replace the broken spring with two new springs for no additional labor charge, so in about 10 -15 years when one of these springs breaks, the other spring will allow me to open the door to get the car out.

Then I'll be able to schedule the repair at the most convenient time. I justified the cost of getting the additional spring since I got a double lifetime out of the original spring, plus in the future I won't have the stress of a trapped car. Rick removed the broken spring, installed the 2 new springs, lubed the springs and garage door wheels, and tuned up our garage door opener.all in 45 minutes! Rick was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. All in all an excellent experience at a fair price. Rick definitely earned a 5 star rating.

I highly recommend Rockstar. I needed to repair my garage door. They were friendly and extremely professional. They came out right way, gave me a great price and got the work done with no issues. I am very happy with the quality of the work. The garage door is opening smoothly and quietly. This is a good company with good people.

Given the awesome reviews of this place, I was still wasn't completely sure what to expect. Sal came and was a awesome, Very knowledgeable, friendly guy. The door got fixed quickly and is working perfectly now. If we ever have any more problems I will 110% go to this company.

The Rockstar Garage team is outstanding. Me and my family are very happy that we went with this team. They are professional and transparent about their work. The Rockstar Team made sure that I was happy with the price and quality of their work. The installers (Jesse) was so knowledgeable, they came out before the install to make sure all was going to fit and take measurements. My garage door is so quiet and at such a great price.

We contacted Rockstar Garage Door Services a little over a year ago to install a new garage door for us. We chose them based on their great reviews and professionalism during our first meeting. I honestly cannot remember the names of our reps and garage door installer anymore since it's already been a year but they were all extremely nice and helpful all the times.

Their prices are competitive and quality of work is excellent. Also recently we were having an issue with our garage door and they were able to send someone over to our house shortly after we called. The service I have to say is honestly excellent and we highly recommend them to anyone thinking of either replacing and repairing their garage door.
