Fantastic Service! Our garage door came off the tracks, was tilted and would not close on a Saturday night around 9PM. I sent an email to about 10 service providers and Allan not only responded promptly but showed up in about half hour and fixed it. He did an awesome job and the garage door is now better than before. He truly understands the meaning of garage door emergency.

After MANY opinions about our front electronic gate, I came across Allan from Pronto. He was extremely thoughtful, professional and knowledgeable. We'd been having ongoing issues for several months and he was the ONLY one who could diagnose the actual issue. Not only this, but his quote was the most reasonable. He took time to explain and was very prompt with the repair. I'd recommend him without reservation to anyone needing help with either their gate or garage.

Allan built and installed a custom fence to sit on top of our too-low-for-the-dogs masonry wall. He worked from a fairly vague description of what I wanted and was able to fabricate exactly what I was visualizing, with some extra design touches that really make this look great. It's not just my opinion but that of everyone that has seen it, including several contractors.

The fabrication is so consistent and well-constructed that someone asked if it was pre-fabricated. But it's not! Lots of custom curves and height changes that look like the wall was designed for this fence, not the other way around. And Allan was able to pull off the complete job in about two weeks.

We had gates installed and needed someone to also install the motors. We consulted with a few different companies. All were astronomically expensive. One guy even came out, said the gates were installed incorrectly and then told me there was a $45 service fee for him to tell me that. Was beginning to feel defeated and then we found Allan.

He came out a few days later and put the motors on in one day. He explained everything thoroughly and even programmed the little buttons in our cars so that we don't have to use the big openers.
