John P. arrived at my home on time, which is important with my busy schedule. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. He was immediately able to install the new garage door opener despite it being a holiday week. Not only was he patient, answering all my questions, he helped me set up everything associated with the new system. 5 stars!

Viper garage was very responsive when our garage door was inoperable - even available on the weekend! Their technician, Haim, was prompt in the estimated arrival window and very friendly. His assessment was quick and all parts available.

I needed a new belt for my garage opener. Called Viper and they sent out a tech the same day. My opener was 13 years old so I decided to upgrade. Tech installed a new opened in a couple of hours. He was very friendly, polite and helpful. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I called in in the the morning, the technician came in and told me that the motor was broken and he happen to have the right model to replace my old system and in a couple of hours he replaced the whole system, It was worth the money I spent on the repair.

The Technician telephoned me right on time and arrived promptly. He was very personable and diagnosed the problems promptly. He installed two springs, 2 cables and maintained the system. I was given a fair price for the work done and would be very happy to recommend Viper to my friends.

Just wanted to thank the guys from Viper garage door for doing a great job on my new garage door and door opener. The guys were very professional from the first time they came out to give the estimate up until the day the garage door was installed. I contacted Viper garage doors to replace the rubber seals at the bottom of my garage doors. The technician came out within hours and did an amazing job. I would definitely refer all my friends and family to them. If you need a good garage door company with a reasonable price, contact them.

Amazing service! Had an issue with our garage door, and decided to give Viper a call. They were fast and affordable. Great guys too. After researching multiple companies on Yelp for gate matenance. I gave Viper a call. They were very nice and we're able to send someone out the same afternoon. Initially I had called for just a quote. After receiving a couple other earlier in the day, the quote I received from Israel was very reasonable. As he started the work, we had really good conversation.

He was very nice and helped with numerous other things that I did not ask for. He programmed my remote for my garage door and my gate for my car. This was free of charge. He also helped me to understand how to keep my gate running smooth in the future. I highly recommend using viper for their services, and I advise you to personally request Israel.

I was very impressed with the entire process. I had both garage doors replaced. They finished the job in a few hours and everything was done perfectly. I had security sensors on my garage doors and Haim came out 2 days after the job was finished to assist me with installing the sensors on the new doors as well as a wire problem I had that was unrelated to the installation. Deinitely would recommend them.
