Came and change my water heater in less than 2 hrs. Did an excellent job. Would recommend them to anyone and their price was better than the rest.

The worker that stopped by the swifty mart on on capital circle his morning was polite and opened the door for me.

These guys are incompetent clowns. I stayed home from work and waited for them all day. They said that they would call 30 minutes before they showed up. There was never a call, and they showed up at 4:17, completely unable to do the job I called them to do. Nothing was accomplished apart from wasting my time, and I'm now I'm having a competent plumber do the work.

I was a little wary with several of the negative reviews - but my experience was excellent. They replaced two shower cartridges in less than 30 minutes and wore shoe "booties" to protect my floors. Service: Shower repair

Critical: Quality Came to do work on my house before I purchased it and did not fix my leak properly causing water damage inside my wall and in my sub flooring. All they did was slop on some caulk to "fix" my leak. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY PLUMBING NEEDS

Had an emergency late on a Friday evening, and called Mike Seeders. The technician (Dylan) was at our house in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. He was able to fix the problem and we were back up and running within 20 min or so, and at very reasonable price for being after hours. Will definitely be recommending this company, and will continue to use them in the future.

The advantage about this company is they provide same day service, and the plumber arrive 2 hours after we called. However, I gave 2 star for the following reasons. 1. After installation, I found there are scratches on the dishwasher door. I followed the scratches and found two piece of sharp metal near the dishwasher door. It is hard to describe, so I attached photos to show the scratches and the bumped metal.

We have 3 years old in the house, and the height of the metal is right at the same height of the child. I will tell her to stay away from the dishwasher and hope nothing will happen. 2. It took the plumber 2 hours to install a disposal and a dishwasher, and changed one garden faucet. The time length is reasonable I think. But the charge for the materials is a little bit crazy, 105 dollars, I took a photo and attached.

A hose for the dishwasher ($17.85) and a garden faucet ($13.85) are the two items I asked and he told me it will be charged. I have no ideas about the other charges. But I think it's overpriced for the materials. They charged me pipes for disposal installation, however, he took the pipes come with the disposal I bought from Amazon. Update: One day after I gave the first review about Mike Seeders Plumbing, I found that the plumber actually did not seal the faucet on the countertop, now it' leaking to the cabinet.

I took a video about it. I couldn't upload it because Goolge review supports only pictures. I called the company and the front desk lady asked me to send all pictures and video to them. Now I am waiting about their response, if there is any.

I must admit, I get very uncomfortable when I need service on something I have no knowledge of and I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way. I took the time to read reviews on about 10 different plumbing companies before deciding on Mike Seeders Plumbing. A pipe burst in our home sometime after 1:00 am, I'm guessing, and flooded our bedroom.

I called Seeders and they were in and out in less than an hour. My water is back on, leak fix, and the price was great! I'm fortunate, very appreciative, and officially signing off on Seeders! I am now a new loyal customer! Thanks Fellas!

Seeders Plumbing has been my plumber for over 10 years. They have exceptional customer service, and they are experienced plumbers. Their rates are reasonable, and they get the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to any of my family and friends.

They are the best and very fair in their pricing. When there was a minor concern after a water heater replacement they came back to check.

Awesome, guys come in, no fooling around. they work, fix stuff, leave the invoice and are out. I wish everyone did business this way. Workers who pay by the hour, and work quick and efficient are the best.
