These guys were great. They quoted me an amount considerably less than the other two plumbing companies that I called. The plumbers who came out from the company seemed to care about doing the work right.

Great service from the crew(s) that came out. Office staff communicated with us on each visit to make everything go smoothly. A highly recommended company.

Always quick to come out to service whatever issue that's occurring. From breaking the water main when gardening to fixing a PRV. Affordable and very knowledgeable technicians. Definitely recommend White's Plumbing.

Our house had orangeburg piping all on the exterior that was nearly disintegrated. After struggling for months and with many plumbing services to find the pipes and problem, whites came out and dug up and replaced all the pipes in one day. They cleaned up after themselves, were courteous, and answered any and all questions I had. 10/10 would reccomend.

Unfortunately, they were very unresponsive to a large commercial project. We asked for an estimate and the work done and paid the tech as soon as he finished on site. We got a call the following day from the office staff saying the tech was "in trouble" for giving us the bill on site (which I immediately paid with a check) and we needed to pay $500 more.

Then they could not even accurately put in writing which of the 15 toilets were actually replaced or repaired. The office staff was rude via email and phone and ignored our request (and four emails) to have the owner call us. This large commercial building will never use White's Plumbing again.

I had White's Plumbing install a tankless water heater. My old tank was over 20 years old. I worked with Christy via phone and email it was an excellent experience. Kevin and Justin were assigned to perform the work. They started in the morning and they took about 6 hours to have everything done. They were neat and courteous. Their install was also done neatly. I'm pleased with the product and the work of Kevin, Justin and Christy Thanks White's Plumbing.

I had a spigot run over by a food delivery driver a couple of weeks ago when it was supposed to freeze on a Saturday night. I shut the water off by the road. But we still had exposed pipes and the clock was ticking on when it was going to hard freeze that night. I called Whites and within 15 minutes Brandon called me back. About an hour after that he made it to me and we got it fixed.

The prices were great for a saturday night at 10 pm. I will be calling Whites first everytime I need a plumber from now on. Still waiting to hear back from the other company I called that night.

We had a leak behind our refrigerator, in the water line to the ice maker. As a result, we had to turn the water off at the street, as the leak had found its way to our family room without us realizing it. Bc it was the weekend and holiday time, we had a really hard time getting someone out to help us. I called 4 other plumbing companies. One responded that day with us agreeing to pay for emergency hrs.

I won't mention the name of the company. I had used them bf. It was late Friday afternoon. That guy walked around, looked here and there, brought no tools with him, walked outside. We were shocked. He got in his truck and drove off. Never said a word to us! After the fact, we decided - late Friday and he was ready for his weekend! I called 4 other companies.

One - the guy was out of town. 3 said they were booked and they couldn't say when they could come. None of them even cared about our leak. Well - White's Plumbing has a customer for life. They listened to the problem, set an appointment, were here on time, fixed the leak ( which was not near as bad as we thought it was). They were very professional, very knowledgeable about our problem. Seems the leak could have been in my slab but it was a "Christmas Miracle" they said as it wasn't and was easy to fix.

They were 100% ready to do what needed to be done. They worked fast, were friendly, had all tools needed. I can't say enough good things about them. I don't normally write reviews but had to in this case. If you want your water problem solved, don't waste time with anyone else. Get it done quick, correct, and have professional knowledgeable plumbers. They treated us with respect and sincerely wanted to help us. We are truly happy customers - for life!

Another great job by White's Plumbing. Replaced all my sewer lines. During the installation of the lines, it was discovered that some of the irrigation lines were broken and needs to be replaced. I was having trouble getting someone to come our and fix the lines. Howard, who was helping install the new sewer lines, called someone he knew that worked on irrigation lines.

The man he called came right out and fixed the problem. It is wonderful that Howard went above his job duties to make our life easier. With employees like this, White's Plumbing can't help but do well.

We're updating our plumbing in phases. Whites has done all of the plumbing work. Everyone on their staff has been friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. The work has been exemplary. Everything that they've installed works exactly as promised. I'd like to particularly mention Clayton. He has taken the time to explain what he is doing. Since our house is over 70 years old, we occasionally have surprises in our renovation projects. Clayton has been great about letting us know what he encounters.

He explains our options and gives his recommendation as to what he sees as the best solution. I know very little about plumbing, but I trust Clayton and I trust Whites. Thanks for providing great service.

White's performed several minor repairs at a property I recently purchased. The technician resolved all the issues professionally and efficiently, and he was extremely friendly (relating entertaining plumbing stories during his visit) and courteous (offering to remove his shoes while inside the house). While the overall price was fair for the quality of work performed, note that White's includes a travel surcharge for locations in Jefferson County (and possibly in other locations outside of Leon County). According to the technician, they add their travel time to the labor charge at the standard hourly rate. In my case, it added about $60 to the cost of the repairs.

Excellent service company. From the dispatchers to the owners, they all provide excellent customer service. They stand by their work and correct their mistakes in a timely manner. I highly recommend this plumbing company that is a service company, first. It's no wonder why they have been in business for so long.

We hired White's Plumbing to cap lines prior to a condo remodel and later install all plumbing fixtures, water heater, shower drain, etc. Fixtures were Owner provided. Everything was done in a first class manner and White's had all the miscellaneous materials on site for a complete installation. Both office staff and plumbers were very nice and expressed sincere concern that our project turn out great. it did!

They did a great job will use again if needed, and will refer them to friends & family. Thanks guys so much

This is the best plumbing service in town. I am very happy with their friendly and patient staff. The terminex guy found a leak and they came right out and fixed it. They even tightened my sink faucet. Wonderful service. I am grateful for a company that goes far and beyond for their customers. I tell everyone to use white plumbing. Thank you so kindly.

I highly recommend White's Plumbing! I called last week after hours with an emergency plumbing issue and received a call back within minutes. The owner, Roger, helped us with our issue. Had a bad leak under my bathroom sink. Hired a different company to fix the problem and boy do I regret that. Credit card got racked up with charges and they never really solved the issue. Decided to get a hold of the nice people at White's Plumbing instead. Great service, excellent staff. Only thing keeping me from a hire review is they showed up a bit late for the scheduled appointment.

I maintain a busy schedule and I expect service on time, the time that's been agreed upon. Otherwise they're good at what they do, just need to work on that punctuality. Willing to hire again though.

White's plumbing has always been reliable, timely, honest, and hight quality. Today, Tony worked on a problem we had. He went the extra mile -- very kind, helpful, and excellently solved our problem. He even helped the Best Buy guys who were trueing to install a microwave. He was a Godsend today!

When your plumbing goes or has issues, you want someone to fix the problem expeditiously, and with a reasonable price. After our lawn guy discovered we had a leak near our main water line we called McNeill's on a Saturday to investigate. The gentleman on call figured out the leak was due to trees nearby rupturing the line with its roots. We were told we needed to re-route the pipes to prevent further issues and we concurred.

I was told I would get a call on Monday. When the call never came, I called White's to get an estimate and see how soon they could come out. While McNeill's couldn't come out till Thursday, White's was able to come out and lay a temporary line that Monday so we would not have to keep turning the water off and on throughout the day and night.

In addition, McNeill's quote was $700 more than White's. We later found out there was additional work that needed to be done, but even this price was still over $300 cheaper than McNeill's without McNeill even knowing about the extra work needed. The White's owner and his son came out day one to help us get everything fixed. I will continue to recommend White's to everyone who asks for plumbing recommendations in Tallahassee.

White's Plumbing was very professional and knowledgeable. They not only met but far exceed my expectations. They spent extra time to accommodate my special requests while still taking the time to explain the work that had to get accomplished and costs associated with it. This will definitely be at the top of my list if I need any pluming services in the future and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a plumber.

Had pipe burst on the side of my house(caused by previous owners stupidity), and Whites came out and helped immediately. Had the pipe replaced in no time, even Rerouted so it could be underground, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg to do it. Great service. Will only use White's plumbing from here on out.

I have used White's Plumbing for my residence and business. The experience was negative in both situations. The attitude was very cavalier and unprofessional. The plumber informed me that he partially repaired the matter and then proceeded to tell me what options I had. I did attempt to contact the owner who responded with an excuse for taking so long to return the call.

But he promised to call me when his day slowed down. Six weeks later I am still waiting for his day to slow down allowing him to call me. Funny, he did not have to wait to get paid for a job that was incomplete and poorly executed in addition to the lackadaisical attitude exhibited by the plumber. I was very disappointed with the service (or lack there of ) that I experienced with White's Plumbing.

Jacob (the plumber) gets 5 stars. As usual, the actual plumbers on the job for White's plumbing are excellent, professional and get the job done. I would have to give the admin office a 1. Had a 1-3pm appt block.off course. I knew I'd get my service call at 2:59:59. At 3pm. still no plumber so I called for a status report and an approx service time.

No apologizes and no answer other than "you are on the list" from the office. I advised the receptionist that it probably would be a good idea to call customers when they definitely won't receive their service call in the designated time. That is just a common courtesy. don't know many people that can afford to sit at home all afternoon.

I had to call back at 4:45. now 1 hour and 45 min post appt window and ask if I was even going to get service today. The receptionist was pleasant but said "I was next" but couldn't tell me when "next" was. At 530pm Jacob arrived. only 2 1/2hrs past my 1-3 appt. Of course, I did not take my frustration out on him.these guys work hard and don't set the appts or make the phone calls.

I just think at $102/hr and the customer's own lost afternoon of work that a courtesy call from the admin office to say the call will be pushed back and would the customer like to re-schedule or is it still ok to do the service is only a small ask and quite honestly common courtesy in situations like these.

Tony was our plumber! He was very patient with my grandmother who had kitchen plumbing uses. He was able to explain to her what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. If you use whites Plumbing I suggest you request tony to be your plumber!

Excellent office staff. I had to reschedule appointment several times and they where always understanding and helpful. Jacob was on time for the job and professional. Cost of service was reasonable. We have several more projects on our list and we will be calling White's again. (Sorry not 5 stars, they left the packaging and replaced equipment in the front yard - I called and they are sending someone to pick up the waste. It's Monday so we will forgive the forgetfulness)

Go somewhere else if you actually want them to show up. I took off an entire afternoon from work to attend a pre-scheduled appointment with White's. They called me at 4:15 p.m. and I missed the call. Returned said call at 4:18 p.m. and was told that since I missed the call I was rescheduled to a time three days from now. Not acceptable! Deleted White's from my contact list - I was a return customer - no longer!

I wanted to let you know that I have been using White's Plumbing for many years. I have an old house and over the years, I've had to call them a lot for various repairs. Their quality of work is excellent. For example, a few months ago, I awoke to the sound of a large crash at 6:30 on a Saturday morning. I knew it had to be a lightning strike, because it was storming outside.

This is a very well rounded company! I have used them for many service calls and have never been disappointed always very impressed hands down! Top notch techs and very fair priced! Just had Blake out for an after hours call and I was very pleased!

I have worked with this company several times. They give what I think are fair estimates and they handle doing the work when they say they will in the time that they say it will take. The owner seems to do the estimates (my experience) and is very easy to talk to and explain the project (we did a complete bathroom renovation with new shower, toilet, faucets, and a bidet.

They are great, returned my call promptly and schedule my repairs in a timely manner. Chris was most helpful and explained what really needed repair and what was just a simple fix. He was also a very neat worker - didn't leave a mess for me to clean up.

After repeatedly telling them that I had a very expensive sprinkler system (more than a half dozen time at the very least) and that I did not want it damaged, they managed to not only cut through the piping but also the wiring, the entire length of my yard.

I wish I could give this company less than 1 star. The customer service is horrendous. The office staff is a joke and they can't answer any questions without pretending to talk with Mr. White. I had over $600 in repairs to fix a leaky faucet and drain and in less than 2 weeks I begin having the same issues with the leaky faucet and drain.

For over a decade this has been a great plumbing company here in the Tallahassee area. I've never been disappointed. Great staff they never drop the ball. I see all my neighbors seem to use them now too. They will probably have the parts for your old faucets on their truck or go out of their way to find what you need. Tallahassee's best.
