We called for emergency repair on our central air conditioning unit, which was not cooling. They responded the next day and fixed our problem of low freon. The technician was knowledgeable, quick, and most importantly kind/nice. He sat down with my mother (83 - hard of hearing and slow) and patiently explained what he did, and what each service cost.
