About 8 months ago, we had brockman remove our old furnace and install new unit with 1st time ac as well. i wanted to wait a while to see how everything worked before i left a review. they completed the job in one day and were very professional. high quality units for a reasonable price. couldn't be more satisfied or recommend them higher.

The technicians with Brockman are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The are also always on time and will call and message me in advance. I live in an older house and they are great at understanding and advising based on that. I was also thrilled to see a woman technician on my most recent maintenance service visit. Great job Brockman!

We ordered 3 estimates, first from the company we had used for years and then Brockman and one other. The company we usually use has still not sent us the promised estimate, the second company actually came in a little lower than Brockman but we were more impressed with Brockman's knowledge and professionalism along with other great reviews. Today Trevor and Juan arrived on time and completed the job of installing a new furnace and ac in a timely manner communicating effectively with us all the way through. We will be using Brockman for future work rather than the company we have dealt with for over 40 years. Thank you Brockman for your great service!

Brockman was professional from the beginning. They notify with text messages that their representative is on the way to your house. There's a picture and the name of the person so you know who to expect. Jon prepared for the visit, listened to my current issues, and made a recommendation based on my family's needs. When I sent an email for follow-up questions after the quote, Jon gave a very thorough answer.
He even sent a thank you note just for the opportunity to come out! Then on install day, another text to let me know Josh and Juan were on the way. They were on time, laid down cloths over the path to the furnace and cleaned up after the job was done. Josh walked me through the new thermostat settings and showed me the new furnace and AC install. I am very pleased with Brockman overall from scheduling to install.

Brockman is phenomenal! Great customer service from Maddie, Ben, Danny, Sam and everyone in the company! Sam is an amazing technician, professional, helpful, kind and obviously well-qualified. Not only do I get great service but good quality and I don't feel like they're trying to sell me something every time I talk with them. I have used their services for years and will continue to do so and recommend them highly!

Critical:Value Service guys was very professional and did a fine job but the only thing that needed fixed was an igniter-a $20 part. Getting charged over $350 for less than an hours worth of work is a little outrageous. I understand running a business and making money but come on. beware of these guys. I'm sure you can get cheaper rates elsewhere. Service:Heating maintenance

Daniel came out earlier than scheduled and he was very knowledgable and explained everything he was doing and even explained to me how the internals of a furnace work! Pre-Sale: Jon came out to my house and did a top to bottom inspection prior to making any recommendations. He explained my options and the benefit for each. There was no pressure whatsoever. I appreciate that. Install: Terry and Juan showed up on time. Their behavior exuded professionalism. They were respectful of my home while they worked. I was quite happy with the results and the overall experience.

I had a no AC issue. I was very pleasantly surprised to have such fast and dependable service. I was notified via email that the technician (Mason) was on his way and was also given his identification picture. He arrived on time, correctly diagnosed the problem, and fixed the unit. The price was very reasonable. I wish that I could give Brockman Heating and Air Conditioning a 10 Star Revue as they have earned it.
