I've had this company out a few times to work on my 20 year old furnace. They were always professional and honest with me. In January my furnace finally died and Coe replaced it very quickly. It originally was not installed correctly and flooded my garage. They came back out and corrected it. Why am I giving them 1 star? First I could not afford a new furnace.
They could have just replaced the broken part. I know it would have just been a bandaid but, it's all I could really afford. I agreed to the new furnace knowing I would not have money for food or my bills for at least 2 weeks. I was goingbthrough a nasty divorce. After the furnace was installed I called their office to make my payment. I even told the girl on the phone this was all the money I had while crying. Made my payment and was done. 2 weeks later after I deposited my paycheck I noticed a little over $800 missing from my account.
I contacted the company that charged me and found out it was an apartment complex and I some how paid someone's rent. I filed a police report. My bank replaced my money but. Took 10 days before I was able to access it leaving my broke again. The only place I had used my card in that time frame was Coe. Turned out it was the same girl I had giving my card number to to pay for my furnace.
Apparently she cared less that I had nothing left and decided to pay her rent with my card. I've been through hell and back and this low life took me lower. Company's fault? No but, they never reached out to me. Never apologized. Never offered to help after their employee caused devastation. Nothing. And I know they know because the police detective went to their office and spoke to management.
Also a few weeks later Coe called saying they had to replace a recalled item on my furnace and the women I spoke to said thar girl who took my money had been fired. Still.no apology. And they didn't even replace anything when they came out. I will not recommend them. I will not speak highly of them. I will let people know what happened to me. An apology goes a long way. Now I'm mad. **Reply to companies response- I have reached out and have not gotten a return call. 3 times. That is why inginally posted a review. Reach out to me please.

Quick to find the problem but took them three trips to complete the repair, which involved resoldering two refrigerant connections outside and adding freon. When they told me the bill was $600 I thought they were joking. Nope. $150 per hour plus freon. I guess I should have gotten an estimate first. Then the tech somehow missed my driveway and put huge ruts in my yard and when I asked him to try not to run over my plants backing out he said he couldn't promise anything.

Great and friendly communication via phone, text & email. Willing to work around my schedule in a timely manner. Questions were easily answered and sympathetic in delivering the news of no AC for a few days while waiting for parts. I truly do appreciate your friendly customer service. Service: A/C system repair

Just wanted to send a quick note thanking you for the outstanding service you provided. Your team of installers were two of the most professional men I have ever had work in my home. They took the time to answer my questions and extra care to clean up the work space when the job was complete. Kudos to them for making the experience so wonderful.
