A BIG Thank you to Kenny and his team in helping us with our cabinets for our recent kitchen remodel. Kenny worked with us and made some great recommendations for cabinet layout - our kitchen is so much more user friendly. He paid attention to details like cabinet opening direction. Alvaro, the cabinet craftsman who installed the cabinets was detailed oriented and did a great job of designing the base cabinet for our Apron/Country stainless sink. They are very nice for the price! They had a very powerful ad on there website, I checked there reviews and set up an appointment very nicely, met with Vanessa in the showroom and was joined later by her husband who just got back measuring, they are unbelievable, with the attention to detail, quality of material, and working with my budget to spend as little as possible without sacrificing any quality what so ever!

They amazed my wife and I so much, over exceed our expectations so nicely! We are grateful to have found and met them and look forward to doing other work with in the near future. The crazy part is they managed to measure, order, deliver, demo, install cabinets, quartz slabs, backsplash plus change our old kitchen lights to something very nice in less than 7 days! They did my moms bathroom and it was horrible. When my mom pointed out all their mistakes the owner argued with her. Buyers be careful, if you want cheap work that shows, this is your guy. So disappointed.

XO designs just finished our second project a few days ago and our floor came out awesome, my family and I are very grateful for Kenny and his guys. I was quoted over $14, 000 for an advertise kitchen of $5995 @ xo. I found the same kitchen and better quality at bestile cabinets in El Monte for $7,400 Including demolition and installing the kitchen. My upgraded package came with a beautiful stainless steel sink, solid maple doors, quartz counters, lazy susan, soft closed dovetail doors upper cabinets with crown molding and more. Kenny talks a good game but kiss me when I'm getting f.d.

All installed professionally in 3 days. I will give him one star because I like his cufflings. Do your due diligence when looking for a kitchen there is always a better deal somewhere else.

Kenny really went the extra mile for both my houses. I would recommend him to any of my good friends to use. He stays on top of his crew and makes it all fall into place. When there was an issue Kenny dealt with it head on and resolved it. I would definitely use Kenny and his team again.

Just had 515 square feet of flooring installed by Kenny's crew, Joaquin and men. Completed in one day and 2 hours. They did a fantastic job! From moving furniture out and back in even cleaning off the dust. I've used X O before and can't wait for another project to work with Kenny again. Thank you Kenny!

I cannot say enough good things about Kenny. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and an all around super nice guy. He processed my order quickly and delivered it to me no charge. Xo design redid my whole kitchen at a very fair price! Highly recommend!

Had our kitchen redone in August. Kenny is easy to talk to and his guys are hard working and professional. Hard to find someone you can trust with so many moving parts. Kenny and his team deliver. He is thorough and a perfectionist. Great work ethic. I would stick to him and his employees only. Any referrals including his own(outside of his crew)youre risking to get a guy that will not follow through nor deliver as promised.

I would not recommend using this company. We used XO design to install granite countertops in our kitchen. We were very happy with the outcome until we recently noticed some cracks. We reached back out to Kenny to see if someone could come out and take a look. He was forthcoming at first but now he has stopped communicating and blocked my number.

Just want to thank Kenny and his TEAM for taking care of me couldn't be happier with quality of job they did my flooring looks amazing actually had previous quotes that were no whernear the deal I got at X. O design will definitely be finishing my project with them soon can't wait to get rest of my house done guys thank you!

I heard about these guys through a friend and they didn't disappoint. We remodeled our kitchen cabinets, back-drop, countertops, appliances, and beautiful (low-maintenance)flooring. Seriously made our house much more Open and modern! They took out a whole section of cabinets above the sink and the whole house opened up! What a world of difference! We couldn't be happier with how the design came out! I would definitely recommend these guys to any of my friends or family.

My mother referred me to Kenny and XO Design, he came down from his showroom to our home with samples to get some kitchen ideas. We had several other quotes on thought we could only afford to do the counters and backsplash, after speaking with mother she told me give Kenny a call, see what he can do for you, and let me tell you, Im a very good judge of character being in the line of work i am in, my first impressions were correct, solid dude, he is on top of his business, visiting us just about everyday to make sure things were progressing as they should, gave us an order of operations, and a timeline that he finished well in advance of, but to make a long story short, he delivered us a kitchen for what other companies were going to paint our old yucky cabinets, a cheapo counter, and a regular backsplash, please look at my photos, the color combination and the way he recommended to install the backsplash was unbelievable! 5 stars from top to bottom! Thank you XO! We highly recommend!

I hired XO design flooring ChrisImas week, very disappointed, please buyer be aware. I had vinyl plank installed, they removed carpets and vinyl from the builders initial install. I was very sad because they left glue on a lot of areas, I did almost the whole house. In addition some areas around the door jams never got glued down at all. There are mens foot prints of glue imprints all over the place. Kenny came out New Years eve because he wanted the rest of his money.

I pointed out the marks on the floor which he said was glue and told me to go get goof off. I can't kneel to do a massive project like that, I have a torn menicous in my knee, awaiting surgery. He said they would come out to finish Saturday. While the installers were there to put down the vinyl plank I had to go pick up my car which was put in the shop for engine work, while I was gone they moved my expensive picture and managed to put a indentation in the frame. Kenny told me to put nail varnish on it, I told him they is a dent that now needs repair by a frame expert, nail varnish is not going to hide a divet.

He said we don't advise pictures to be removed from the walls, but I explained the picture is super heavy and it looked like it was going to fall down from the banging on the wall when removing the base boards. In addition when they started the project, they did not advise to remove the white curtains that I had hanging, so that has cost me several hundred dollars for dry cleaning that could have been avoided. or to cover the kitchen island, pantry and sofas with cushions on, the dust of white chalk film was incredible.

I really had no idea of the extensive amount of dust from removing vinyl that the builder put in. So that was a major ordeal staying up past midnight to clean the mess, again some of that could have been prevented by advising to cover with plastic. The 2 floor prep guys did work very hard. Actually putting down the vinyl plank they worked very hard, but clean up, I am afraid to clean it myself with goof off, I am afraid I may remove the finish of the floor, besides the fact I can't bend down away.

I now have a referral for another flooring guy to come out to the house to glue down the missed areas and get his opinion on the glue, it makes the floors look like crap. Flooring is expensive, it was not easy for me financially to move forward with this project. This all could have been prevented I sent 2 text messages to Kenny, which he totally ignored, reminding them to clean up the mess.

Also I had to ask Kenny to help move the furniture back, I had made a big deal about that before and during the contract process, because I could not lift furniture by myself. SAD!

Wow what more can I say, I am gobsmacked by the work they done for my family. Kenny and Vanessa we so above and beyond for us it was unbelievable! We were referred by a coworker, and they remodeled our entire house, flooring, cabinets, countertops, and 2 showers for us in 2 weeks time and completed job right before the holidays! So happy with how things went and the constant communication they had during the entire project! A bunch of pictures to come next!

We don't often review companies but in this instance it was well deserved. Our project was a good distance away which Kenny attempted to coordinate but it just didn't make good business sense to accept the project. Kenny, however, offered to coordinate the tile orders and assist with the delivery of the product. From start to finish, Kenny provided excellent prices, customer service, and follow-up even after not accepting the job.

We would definitely recommend XO for remodeling needs and the prices were very competitive. Additionally, Kenny has the ability to closely estimate the quantity of product necessary for a job based on pictures. We had very little product left over and we could not have completed this project without his assistance. Definitely, we would return to this business for any remodel project. Many thanks! WOW! Kenny and the team are absolutely fantastic to work with! Kenny was always available if we had any questions along the way. Kenny is such a sweet, kind hearted guy and felt like family at the end of job. They did an incredible job with our kitchen remodel. Kitchen from start to finish was 9 days. Can't thank the team enough for all of their hard work. Team was very clean as well, never left a mess at the end of day. We are extremely happy with our kitchen and would highly recommend this company to others!

XO designed two bathrooms and a kitchen in my last bathrooms and I was so satisfied with their work and pricing thqt I called them back to my new home to redo both bathrooms there as well. Service is on point, great communication. All 5 projects turned out beautifully, both homes were from the 60s and in need of a major overhaul and their team handled both in a timely manner. Prices were great, so is the quality of their work, they were respectful of me and my home. I would not bother to call anyone else after working with XO, very satisfied.

We found this place on accident, or maybe it wasn't an accident at all, we happened to be driving to another place, saw there sign off the freeway, dropped on in and met with the owners Vanessa and Kenny, could not be more impressed by the wealth of knowledge they both have, their showroom was so nice, had everything you can imagine, we were shopping for some kitchen tiles, the information we received from the type of tiles that are available, the maintenance of the tiles and grout, to the actual construction of how the tiles are made and calibrated blew our minds, we had no clue what went into making a tile, to the installation, was so detailed, I had some measurements with me, and had a couple other quotes, they blew us away with how little they charged compared to my other quotes, was amazing, they happened to be closing when we arrived, and felt no rush or pressure to make a decision quickly, they even followed us to the home to show us the colors in our home, and verified my measurements, we made the order and three days later they completed our project just in time for the holidays! I've been in the Interior business for 34 years and this is the first time I have had a company come out and demo a job replace the granite on an outdoor barbeque and island in less then a week and all just before a holiday. In my business this NEVER happens. The stone masons were experts. They paid attention to detail. They cleaned up any mess that was made.

The finished product looks fabulous and the price was great! My next project will be redesigning a master bath and there is no doubt that I will use O X Designs on all my future jobs.
