This is a time constrained project because the home is to be speedily remodeled and sold. This does not allow us to do our best work, but even rediculously fast jobs can have an amazing turn around with the right company. Refinishing
Report
Sanding and refinishing is quite often the perfect solution to repairing aging, beat up, or damaged hardwood floors. Most if not all imperfections are removed through vigorous sanding with specialized machines and many different kinds of abrasive sandpapers. A new color, sealer, and topcoat are applied per the customers preference.

Chris and his team are the best. We had a big job with some very difficult flooring and and a tough staircase and they did a great job! The first pass at the stairs had a couple issues but Chris wanted to make sure that it was perfect for us. They came back and fixed it going above and beyond to make it perfect. The crew was always friendly and hard working. i would recommend Chris and his team to anyone. Thanks Xulon!
