My house is not dual zoned and the upstairs was not cooling as well as the first floor and basement. Guardian suggested that we calibrate our variable speed furnace and turn the furnace fan to always on to help balance the temperature and cool the upstairs better. Additionally, add sensors to the upstairs and first floor. Guardian did the work and I thought all was great but the next day the air conditioner was running nonstop but no cold air was coming out. All 3 floors were warm. Guardian came out the following day and determined our air conditioner was low on Freon and filled it up. Everything is working well now.

We had a pressing issue that required someone to come out quickly. Sergio was our service person and he did such a great job. He was way calmer than I was about the problem and managed to fix the issue efficiently despite the small space. We are very happy with the service we received. Service: Repair HVAC

My AC stopped blowing cold air suddenly. I called a few places, and thanks to a recommendation from a neighbor in the building, I gave them a call and they were able to get me on schedule in three days as opposed to 3 weeks. Nelson showed up pretty early on in the window I was given, and was a pleasure to deal with off the bat. He was bet knowledgeable about what he does and explained every detail to help me understand what he was looking at.
We are looking at using Guardian for years to come, and will recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you to Nelson for being very professional, friendly, and willing to explain his findings. Appreciate you and Guardian!

Tyler was knowledgeable and personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC unit, explained to me how the capacitor (which was broken) worked, then replaced it and was finished in about 15 minutes. I was very happy that it was a relatively quick fix! We are now all set to stay cool on those steamy summer days. Service: A/C system repair

David Marshall was my sales rep and did a fantastic job walking me through the process and explaining the options. Once we made a deal, installation happened within 48hrs! When our heat went out during a particularly cold winter night, Guardian was very responsive in getting our furnace repaired same day. We were able to credit our repair expenses towards a new furnace to replace our aging system - great! Rory and Akeem did a great job installing our new furnace. They had great attention to detail and took the time to do the job right. We am very satisfied with the install. Everyone we interacted with from Guardian was polite and courteous. We would recommend them and plan to use them in the future!

I've been using Gaurdian for maintenance since 2015. This time I had Eddie and Jasper were my assigned technicians. They were amazing! They really helped me understand the difference from their prior package to the new maintenance package also explained verbally and visually a debris issue I was having with my humidifier. They are welcomed guests in my home anytime. Thanks for the great service!

Classically, on one of the coldest days of the year so far, my heating system was not igniting. I called Guardian to see when a tech could come out and accidentally called outside of business hours. The person who answered the phone was very kind and took a message which was returned within an hour of the office opening. They were able to move up my window when a cancellation came through and my tech Tyler was super friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious.
It ended up being just a part replacement, but I appreciate the effort to keep me informed about Guardian's offerings (like a full heater replacement and the membership program). Nothing felt pushy! And I feel like I am getting good information to make the call that's right for me.

I have worked with Guardian twice, and both times they have been absolutely fantastic. They are kind, thoughtful, thorough, and have taken the time to explain both what the current problem is and different options for addressing it. From the way they handled my initial call all the way through the service call itself, I felt cared for and prioritized (which is important when you're talking about a furnace giving you trouble when it's 10 degrees outside!) I will absolutely call them again, and would highly recommend them to others.

I just had a great service call on my boiler with Tyler from Guardian Heating. He was extremely thorough and professional, and he took extra time to answer my questions about my system and the possible addition of a smart thermostat. I'm happy to be with such a responsive and caring company after having some unpleasant experiences with a previous heating maintenance company.
I contacted Guardian a year ago for a second opinion (based on a referral from another satisfied customer), and ultimately I needed a whole new boiler system and rerouting of some of the piping. They had the new equipment installed within a couple days of the diagnosis, and the installation techs and Jasper, my sales advisor, were wonderful every step of the way. I look forward to working with Guardian for many years to come!
