Yaniv was amazing! Quick to arrive and very professional. You cannot beat same day service and in under an hour. I will definitely reach out again if I'm ever locked out.

1st visit: Had the company come out to change a deadbolt on a security gate. The guy showed up and tried to put the deadbolt I'd purchased on the gate. Did not fit. He made a suggestion to purchase a different type of lock. Okay, no worries. I made the purchase and contacted them again when it arrived. 2nd visit: Same guy showed up and did not have the "parts" he needed for the install despite me having purchased his recommendation and sending him photos of the door and lock ahead of the visit.

He said he would call me when the "part" he needed arrived. Never recieved a call back regarding the "part" that was supposed to be arriving within a couple days. Called and texted several times with no response (this is now about 2 months after initially contacting them). Finally, the guy picked up one of my calls and told me he could come on the upcoming Sunday and to call him on Saturday to remind him.

I did not call on Saturday. I struggle to understand why you can commit to a day, but then ask me to keep up with your schedule by issuing "reminders". I don't; nor do I know anyone, who requires other people to manage their schedule. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I'll also share that the person who quoted me over the phone gave me a price of $150.

When the guy did come out, he told me it would be $250. Doesn't seem like there is great communication going on with this company. I wanted to provide this company with my business, but apparently they don't need yours.

I needed some door locks rekeyed on my home so I didn't have to carry around multiple keys. Yaniv, was very helpful. He was quick, informative, and efficient. I would use their services again if I ever need them.

I called the number on the website on last Friday, Feb. 4th and asked for a price to change a lock on a door. I told them I was in a condo and they told me the price was $49 for the service fee and $75 for each lock. I have 2 ( a deadbolt & a doorknob lock). I asked twice and was told this was the price. When the guy arrived here, he quoted me $189 PER LOCK!

When I told him the price I was quoted, he said that it was starting at $75. When I asked him what did the $75 lock look like, he explained that it would have been $75 if I had BOUGHT my OWN lock and have them install it. I wish they would have told me that because I could have gone up the street to LOWE's and bought the same one he charged me $378 for less than $100. I needed it done so I let him do the work, but the dispatch should do better to expain their pricing. For this reason, I would not recommend or use them again.

Great service! I needed a lock and doorknob replaced quickly, and from my phone call to my new lock took maybe an hour. Hope I don't need them again, but if I did, I would trust them to do a good (and fast) job.

The technician named Yaniv who responded to my request for service responded within a much reasonable period. He was courteous, polite and non expensive.

Updated: The actual rekeying was quick, efficient and well done. We initially had a confusing experience with scheduling and pricing. But customer service called and provided some helpful information about how their answering service works and how to get a more accurate quote (send pictures of the specific locks you have).

Called and got the exact appointment time and date I wanted to unlock a pretty hefty bold on a storm door. Karen showed up right on time and was awesome! She had it unlocked and saved the handle which other companies had said needed to be removed. She was fast, efficient, and extremely nice. I couldn't be happier and will call them again if I ever need a locksmith!

I moved into a new place and wanted to have the locks changed on four doors plus a gate. Leo came out on the same day and was able to replace all of the locks, including for the gate which I did not have a key for. He was very friendly and quick which I also appreciate.

Fast, friendly, and efficient. Showed up exactly when they said they would and immediately got to work.

This was fast and efficient service. I really appreciated that the technician came wearing a mask. However I feel that they need to be more transparent regarding pricing. I called and asked for an estimate and was quoted $45-75 and then $29 fee for the tech to come out. I was then charged $160 which supposedly included the $30 discount I purchased on Yelp.

This was a simple lock and it took the tech 5 minutes to complete the job. The receipt I received was also not itemized. ETA: I initially gave a 3 star review. However I do appreciate Leo the business owner reaching out to me directly to try and clear up this misunderstanding. In the end I was charged a fee much closer to the original quote. I truly hope they do address this discrepancy between quotes versus actual charges for future customers.

I called this morning around 10am and Lee was at my door within 2 hours. He was very polite and changed my lock very quickly. I would highly recommend using this company. The one thing I would say is to ask for the cost up front. The man on the phone said to change a lock starts at $75, but it cost me $265 after the lock, service, taxes etc.

Ronald was excellent! When I called the company and they sent the order out, he contacted me and began working with me to resolve my issue from the first call. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to work around my schedule to get the job done. When he arrived, he had a mask on and used gloves to complete the job. He was quick and cleaned up after, leaving the space spotless.

This was the fastest, lock change I've had since I bought my house. I wish I had known about this company before this issue. Now that I do, I will use them in the future and recommend them to others.

We recently moved into a house with a silly lock setup where you can open the door to the backyard while it's locked, and you end up locking yourself outside when you close the door. Well this happened at midnight on a Friday night when letting the dogs out. I called Mr. Locksmith DC and unfortunately because of COVID they are unable to dispatch to my location after 10pm. HOWEVER!

I did have a bag of tools outside with me and they were able to walk me through opening the door via FaceTime for absolutely no charge. Seriously. I hope I never need to use them again, but if I do they certainly have earned my business!

I called Mr. Locksmith to fix my door lock problems. The technician came in 20 minutes. He was well-mannered and skilled. He was able to solve my problem in a timely way. Definitely recommend their service.
