He installed a new deadbolt on my front door. He was punctual, professional and the work quality was great. He completed the work the same day. Would recommend him to anyone.

Showed up in under 20 minutes. 2 minutes later the door was opened and 10 minutes later I had a brand new key and even a spare! Super impressed and was cheaper than a majority of places out there.

Our apartment building door lock has been an issue and the top and bottom magnetic stabler latches were broken. We quoted with big company but then found them who is super responsive and quoted us way less. John fixed our issues with short two visits. He showcased his knowledge and skills and we are very satisfied with his work. Highly recommend!

He was helping my neighbor and agreed to come over without an appointment and promptly installed two doorknobs that I had been waiting for months to have installed.'He even fixed problems with two other doors gratis and cleaned up all boxes. I contacted 24/7 Locksmith Services when my key got stuck in my front door. Itamar Greddy called me shortly thereafter to discuss the problem and confirm my address; he arrived about 30 minutes later. He was polite, professional, and quickly resolved the issue. Given all my efforts to get the key out of the lock, I assumed that the lock had been damaged and would need to be replaced. Itamar said the lock was fine and did not need to be replaced.

I sincerely appreciated his honesty! However, not wanting to take the risk of this situation repeating itself, I opted to have the lock replaced. Itamar replaced the lock and even provided some extra keys. Should I ever need a locksmith again, I will definitely reach out to Itamar.

Worst ever! They quoted me a price just to come out and gave me an ETA of 30 mins. An hour later I had to call back and get delayed another 10 mins. Then he looked at my standard issues lock and told me he would have to break it off without even giving any effort to not break it. He quotes me almost $200 which did not include a replacement lock and tells me that my rental office will just have to replace it when I call and tell them I was locked out.

I could have done what he did had I known that was going to be the outcome! Sure it's my fault that I locked myself out but I have a toddler and it's hard to remember to keep my head on straight SMH but if it should happen again I will not be calling this place!

Itamar was fast, friendly, and professional. The front door the building was changed and by sheer chance, it was the same pinning as my condos front door for the past 10+ years. What are the odds?!? Once I realized the same key now opened my front door and my condo door I wanted to have it changed quickly. I called the number and my info was forwarded to Itamar who called me pretty quickly. Confirmed my details and he arrived in a very reasonable amount of time.

I explained the situation. Itamar repinned my door and deadbolt and provided me with 3 keys of the door. The pricing was on the higher end of what I found was the normal pricing in DC, but it was not out of the ballpark.

Once he arrived, an hour after I called, it took him less than five minutes to grant me access to my apartment (wow!) at $278.00 (wow!). Apparently it costs around $100 less if they get you in while harming the door/lock. Luckily my door was not dead-bolted so I watched as the gentleman used a key and small hammer to pop my lock. I appreciated the service, but make sure you discuss pricing beforehand and do not rely on the prices on the website to guide your decision.

Called this company for a neighbor who locked herself out of her house (with 2 children, in cool weather). The lady on the phone quoted my neighbor 20 minutes. They called after 30 minutes (which i missed until 15 mins after that call bc i thought they'd come when someone contacted them, not call long after to negotiate a rate!). The jerk (i.e., the tech) argued with me about 'does he still need to come out because "they" didn't answer the phone and blah blah blah'. Hello, they are locked out of their house, what phone are you assuming they have?!

And then continues his schpeal ahout the rates, why didnt the lady who took the call discuss this?! When you're locked out of your home, at night, with your children, who cares about the cost? He then quoted her 15 minutes until he could show up (not bad, but of course it was longer than that). I gave them 1 start because they did show up, after almost an hour and a half.

If this is the last locksmith open in the area or you don't mind throwing your hard-earned money at Jerks (bc all locksmiths will charge much more than is actually necessary. But you're at their mercy in these dilemmas), then call this company. And yes, a bad experience with 1 representative of a company, speaks for the entire company!
