We had all of our concrete surfaces power washed. Mike came out and did a fantastic job. He was very conscious of when the surface needed to be handled gently. He was very thorough and meticulous. We highly recommend Glass Geeks for all your power washing needs.

A few weeks ago, I called to schedule gutter cleaning with glass geeks. The appointment was for June 1, 2022 at 9:30am. We've used Glass Geeks in prior years and are impressed with their quality of work. On the day of this appointment, the technician did not show up on time (in prior years the tech arrived at or very near the appointment time). A few hours later I called their office and discovered there was an apparent glitch and our service was not on their schedule for that day.

The owner Shane called me back to gather details on what might have happened with the missing appointment. He graciously offered (which I accepted) to send out the tech that afternoon to perform our service. I appreciate the quality service and responsiveness from each person who works at Glass Geeks. Glass Geeks are the best!

They got stains out that my husband couldn't when he powered spray. Had some rough starts with equipment but they stayed late and got the job done! Shane Duffy and a crew of four came out yesterday and did an absolutely incredible job! Our windows, window sills, window screens, concrete patios, driveway and sidewalk all came out amazing. We had all of our windows inside and out cleaned and they sparkled! The team also power washed our patio and driveway and they left ok great. Although they were delayed, they guys stayed as long as it took because they knew we were under a deadline to get our house ready for sale. We definitely recommend them! Christmas Lights! I received three (3) bids for Christmas lights around the roof-line of our house. Glass Geeks were the low-cost provider. They installed the lights as described in the written contract, for the agreed upon price. We received numerous compliments from family, friends, and neighbors throughout the holiday season on how good our lights looked.

I got holiday lights installed and they were the nicest professionals I've ever worked with. A smile on their faces, enthusiastic, and man. what a great job they did. A few weeks later one string of lights went out and they promptly came over the next day despite this being their busiest time of year. Communication was great all around and I would definitely recommend them.

We just had Glow Geeks out to put up Christmas lights, lots of garland and a huge wreath at about 20 feet high from the ground. The owner and all of the employees we encountered were extremely responsive and amazingly customer friendly. They did a fantastic job and worked for hours. Later, when the wind picked up, they sent another crew to even better secure the wreath and garland, retest all the lights and add wiring to make the light switch more accessible to us. We have been using Glass geeks going on 3 years now! Shane will always go above and beyond for us no matter the situation. He has done our Xmas lights, our Halloween lights and even does lights for our house parties! But he doesn't stop there. We have huge windows that his guys come out and clean as well as replace light bulbs in our 15ft ceilings! We will be life long customers.

This is our second year using Glass Geeks for Christmas light installation. We described what we wanted and the Glass Geeks team custom cut lights for our house then installed them. When the holidays were over a team member came out removed the lights, labeled and packed them away for this year. The process this year was even easier as the lights were already labeled and ready for installation. The same gentlemen that installed last year were back again this year. This company is very professional. They responded with a quote in a couple of days. The two gentlemen who came to our house to wrap a large oak tree with Christmas lights did a wonderful job and were in time. Also, their pricing was much better that 2 other companies I contacted. We took advantage of a great sale on custom Christmas lights for our house. First time we've done lights like this before. Michael and Noah spent several hours measuring, installing, and testing our lights. The results are spectacular, and we are extremely happy. The installation is precise and looks amazing. Shortly after they were installed, a strong wind storm damaged some of our lights. Michael returned quickly and made the necessary repairs, making sure we were happy. These guys get things geeky, squeaky clean! We hired the Glass Geeks to come out and pressure wash the driveway, a couple of walkways, and clean out the gutters. Shane and his crew were able to scope out the property from the internet, and draw up a quote based on what he saw on satellite views and street views of the place to get a good idea of what he was quoting.

He was able to make it out on an early morning with a whole crew of cleaners, and buffed, sprayed and washed the driveway, so it was cleaner than I'd ever seen it before. It looked like the driveway was freshly poured concrete! It was amazing how much dirt and grime that they were able to get outta there. They also did the windows, and sprayed off the exterior of the home.

It was a painless process. The quote and scheduling process was easy, with a quote in writing before they even showed up. Honestly, I've never seen the place so sparkling clean! I'll hire these guys in a heartbeat! I can't say enough great things about how easy and thorough they are!

The main office was able to schedule me quickly and offered a military discount. The work was excellent and the two technicians were in and out without delay. The result was so great I asked to be put on an annual cleaning!

Shane with Window Geeks and his whole crew did an amazing job on our house a year ago. They power washed the whole house, cleaned our 95 windows and glass doors and redid the stain on our concrete patios. They are amazingly respectful and so nice. Great customer service! I needed my gutters cleaned and checked for leaks to be ready for home inspection. They came out, gave me a quote and did an awesome job. Same day service. Highly recommended.

Have used Shane and his group of "Glass Geeks" for several years to clean our windows, some of which are really challenging to reach, clean out the dryer vent after many years of use, and most recently to clean our roof of organic growths of various nature, restoring the original look (no dark stains) and adding life to the shingles. No matter what, they do a great job.

I used Glass Geeks last year and was pleased with their work. However.about 3 weeks ago I received a post-card in the mail asking if I was ready to schedule my next appointment and stating "Brenda's Prices: Window Cleaning - $150" I called them two weeks after I received the post card to schedule an appointment. When I mentioned the postcard I was told that they were sent out in error and they couldn't honor the price.

When questioned, I was told the company that sent the postcards had listed incorrect prices (i.e., without their approval). I don't quite understand how that happened but if that is the case, Glass Geeks should have sent out a disclaimer either via follow-up postcard, group e-mail to their customers, or telephone calls to each customer. As of today--even after several phone calls to the company (I had to keep calling them)--they still haven't sent out disclaimers.

During my third phone call to them, they did offer a "resolution" of cleaning less than half my windows for the price, but that would mean to have all my windows cleaned I would probably be paying close to full price in the end, which is not acceptable given they did nothing prior to me contacting them to let their customers know the offer was not going to be honored. A big strike against this company for either not being aware of what was going on or failing to get ahead of the issue and take corrective actions.

They are professional, on time, and our windows look amazing! I feel this was an incredible value.

A Very impressive company best describes Glass Geeks! I called Shane yesterday (4/18/16) to see if they could power wash my driveway, curbs, sidewalks and patios. To my surprise, he was able to get me schedule today.
