Our process works on genuine hardwood, engineered wood and laminate flooring. Since engineered wood floors(pre-finished) or laminate floors cannot be sanded and refinished, the only option was replacement.

I had marble rehoned on my Master Bathroom floor. Domingo and Nathan were very careful with all my other surfaces, floors and furniture, while bringing in the hoses and clean and sanding my floor. Arrived on time, did what they said they would. Floor looks great. Checked with me along the way to make sure I was happy. Not the cheapest bid I got but the one that sounded like they knew what they were doing. Will use again when the need arises. Charles was great in communicating the steps they would do and getting the guys going.

A massive thank you to the entire team at Aladdin's to help deep clean carpet that was filthy after 20+ years of wear and tear. Not to mention a gross stain in the master bedroom! It came right out courtesy of their cleaning services. A noticeable difference of brightness and freshness in the carpet too. Would recommend Aladdin's services every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

I highly recommend Aladdin Cleaning and Restoration. I had my marble floors polished and they look better than EVER! Charles is a very knowledgeable estimator, by far the best I've worked with. Bryan was also amazing and respectful. He's the lead tech and did a great job on the stone but also left my house cleaner than before!
