I'm a contractor and my co does floor work, carpet cleans, etc throughout the state of TX. I got in contact with this company for some work they were subbing out. Just like anywhere else, I sent over my insurance and W9 to get started. We've done roughly about 4 jobs for them and have struggled to receive payment. Their payroll system is insanity.

I was told I'd be paid within 2 weeks, then switched to net 30, then was told maybe net 45-55. Basically pushing back my invoices. Reach the net 45 on the exact date I was told I'd receive payment and still nothing. Was calling their office and my point of contact and no answer. I got ahold of a lady there and she heard me out and said it's not the 1st time an employee or contractor calls about payment issues. Coming from their own employee should say enough.

Still struggling with payment, more than likely take legal action since it is a couple grand my company is owed. Very un professional when my point of contact was one of the main managers.

This is the worst place to work at they do not pay u on time or even the right amount and then when you call to get it straighten it out the yell and argue with you. They also have no respect for you or your family my aunt died and I had to leave to say my good byes and I was fired for leaving after I told them that she was sick and passing away. And I bet they are still are using my social cause two months later after I was let go I get a call asking why was I not clocking in.

By far the worst company I have ever worked for! This is a family run business claiming to be a corporation but are extremely unprofessional. The insufficient training I received was surrounded by negative employees that basically bashed the company, and in a very short time it was easy to understand why. From small details like; only the women being assigned to take out the entire offices trash to the owner cussing the employees out in front of the whole office, it was a terrible environment.

I was forced to always take my work home with no compensation for my time or my personal internet. I was forced to use my personal cell phone for several months without any reimbursement. The vice president of the company would make me feel uncomfortable every day because he stares at every woman in the office with no shame. He was also demeaning and passive aggressive with me.

If he had an issue with your work he would make backhanded comments in the meetings but would never address you. At the end of my employment they illegally withheld my pay until I threatened to submit a complaint. The worst part is that they had so many immigrant workers who would be forced to do overtime and not get paid for it and use their own vehicles to travel with no reimbursement.

Most of these employees don't know their rights or the language and they would have to deal with the poor working conditions. I definitely would never recommend this company as employers or for janitorial services.

As a former employ I suggest this place to anyone looking for cleaning service this is the right place
