Excellent experience with CCR Mitigation! They were prompt and courteous. I appreciated that they provided reassurance before they even got started that my water issues could not only be solved, but could be handled immediately. The standing water was quickly removed and the team stayed on top of the drying process until completion.

After being gone all day I came home to find the septic tank had backed up into my basement. It was 11:00 at night and I was frantic, CCR Mitigation was great. They arrived within an hour of my call and went to work immediately. They stayed until everything was removed and returned the next morning and cleaned up. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided!
