All South Restoration

Don't bother calling these people. I tried to get them to give me a call for two weeks and their response was that they are busy and don't have the time to get beck with me.

After a water leak ruined our floor in 4 rooms, All South Restoration came in and did an incredible job of clean up and fix up. It is now 4 years later and a couple of the transition pieces between the rooms became loose. I called All South, and they were so quick to come over and free of charge reattach the transition pieces. I expected to pay after so many years, but they stand by their work, and would not let me. What a top notch company!

We hired All South to restore our home after an air conditioning unit in our attic leaked while we were on vacation, causing water damage to ceilings and hardwood floors on both levels of our house. They did a superb job - from helping us deal with our insurer (our adjuster told us All South's estimate was one of the most detailed, and best, she'd ever seen), to managing several different aspects of the project - packing us out and in, floor repair, ceiling and drywall, and painting.

Everything was professionally and efficiently handled. While I certainly hope never to be in a situation like this again, I couldn't be happier with having used All South for this project.

David, Lee and their team did a phenomenal job, from start to finish. They paid attention to detail, fully explained everything to me, and guided me through each step. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and our kitchen looks better than it did before the water damage! I will continue to recommend them to friends and neighbors, and use them again in the future.

Very happy with my experience with All South. We had water damage under our kitchen and dining room floors - they were very prompt with getting a team out to dry the floors and were great in walking us through our remediation options. We ended up needing new tile/hardwoods in our kitchen/dining room and needed the hardwoods sanded/stained/refinished through the whole house - All South did a great job managing the entire project and keeping us updated. They were also very communicative with any issues encountered.

AllSouth completed a master and guest bath renovation, and also did a water damage remediation before I moved into a property I purchased. I would engage them again without hesitation. The project manager communicated with us regularly and succinctly. Even still, you should expect to participate once the work is underway to confirm placement of critical elements and to inspect things as the project progresses.

All South Restoration I was impressed with their professionalism throughout the restoration process. All South (David Abbey) worked with us to amend (increase) the Insurance Company estimate. All South assigned a project manager (Lee Payton) to oversee the work and provide a single point of contact. He kept us informed throughout. When they scheduled workmen to be at my home, they were on time, courteous, and efficient.

The workers cleaned up every day before leaving and removed all trash. They moved and replaced furniture as need. When completed the project manager reviewed the work with us and immediately corrected to our satisfaction some minor defects. I will use All South again if the need arises. Grant Higgins

I would highly recommend All South Restoration. A pipe broke under our upstairs vanity and water poured down from the second floor all the way to the basement. They were able to get everything dried out in about 4 days. They handled everything from the emergency work to complete reconstruction. Their whole crew was professional and reliable and everything was handled in a timely manner.

We also asked about a few extra items to be done while we were having work being done to our house anyway. They gave us a price that was very reasonable to get the extra work done as well. I hope nothing like this every happens again, but I would call them again if we ever needed to.

The All South team made an incredibly challenging time much easier. I had such a great working relationship with all of them, especially my project manager Lee. The weekend after my father passed away in November, my brother and I walked into my parents' house to find it flooded. Water had been running for weeks. Greg came over immediately and worked for HOURS to get the initial cleanup work going.

He was so kind to all of us, even sharing some of his heavy duty garbage bags as we sorted through my parents' stuff. Not only did we have to get that repaired, but we also needed to get the house ready to sell. I ended up doing all of that with the All South team. Oddly, having the house flooded became a good thing because I found a trustworthy, great team that was able to help me through this.

The house is about 20 miles from where I live. I balance having a 4.5 year old, husband, a new business of my own and a mother with Alzheimer's in assisted living an hour away. This means that I had no chance of being at the house during the renovation work. Throughout the entire process, I visited just to choose flooring and then for a final walk-through. Lee was always in communication with me -- text, phone and email -- so it didn't even feel like I was remote.

Work was perfect. Home looks better than it has in 30 years. We also stuck to a great timeline, and I was able to list the house for sale in time for the spring market. It would have been sooner, but, before we started work, I needed to coordinate the estate sale, which took time. I have rambled here in my review, but I truly wouldn't hesitate to suggest All South to others.

While we were out of town, a tree fell on our house and a neighbor called us. We had no idea who to call so we relied on a referral from our adjuster. For starters all they did was take the tree off and tarp the house. When we came back, the tree was gone, the yard was all cleaned up and all the debris from the collapsed ceiling was already picked up and bagged and hauled away.

We were so impressed by just the way they handled that part of the job we went ahead and gave them the repair job, and it couldn't have gone smoother. From start to finish they kept us informed of everything they were doing and were very helpful especially with helping us navigate the insurance portion of the job. We would have never known what questions to even ask our adjuster if they hadn't guided us so well.

The repairs only took about 3 weeks and some of the delays were caused by rain delays. We couldn't be happier with how nice the job turned out and would definitely use them again.

I was afraid and confused about the whole process and All South Restoration walked me through the process, even helping me with communicating with the insurance adjuster. I live out of town and they made made me feel as though I was right there. Their work was quick and complete. I will definitely use them again and refer to friends.

We called after discovering a leak dripping into the basement. Thanks to the project manager's effort, we also discovered the problem was not the loose supply line under the sink as the plumber (not All South), but a leak in the dishwasher supply connection. He also reminded me that the damage would probably be covered by home insurance, which had not yet occurred to me. Several days of fans and dehumidifiers have dried the area. His experience and advice were a great comfort during this crisis.

We experienced a water heater rupture while out of town which flooded our 3,000 sq. ft. finished basement. All South and their personnel did the repair and restoration work following the catastrophe. Their personnel worked in a professional and expeditious manner and handled the entire project from start to finish.

We dealt with Mark McClure. He was referred to us by State Farm. He stayed in excellent contact with us the entire time and would call after jobs were completed. Basically, we had a drainage pipe that leaked and flooded our main floor from upstairs. We had drywall work, painting and hardwood floors replaced.

Highly recommended for big jobs, small jobs and consultations. We had damage to floors and sub-floors and dry wall. All South provided the best advice, restoration work and prices we could have hoped for. They also provided helpful referrals to quality flooring company, which we also appreciated. Thanks!

We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday night. I called All South (based off of other Kudzu recommendations) and they arrived promptly. They were professional and knowledgeable. They got the job started, and after things were dried, they returned when they said they would and finished the job. I will most definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.
