A great Co that detected why leaks in my ceiling.but so shocked and disappointed they can't come see why I have a leak on Porch near Gutter.could be rotted Fasting brd or shinkle is loose but they can't come.said too sm a job.no one will come.could cause expensive repairs Google said. I do wish they would have come as a great Co.

Our experience with American Property Restoration was great. They are able to offer the complete service between mold and asbestos testing, removal and treatment (following EPD guide lines). We felt confident that APR should be the folks to do the construction and painting to give us a downstairs office with a clean fresh start. We are greatly appreciative of their high level of quality, timeliness and attention to customer satisfaction. :-)

Please be aware of this company, work with them at your own risk. In 2019 APR installed a floor in March that started buckling after 6 weeks. We informed the company May 3rd, 2019. It took 18 months, 4 experts, the assistance of TrustDALE, and over 100 emails for APR to take responsibility for the issue and to agree to replace the floor in November 2020.
The work to replace the floor started April 20021, more than 2 years after their first floor started buckling. The process has been very frustrating. When things do not go as expected APR will always point the finger at the customer, instead of looking objectively at the problem. We finally have our floor after 2 years, and hope it will hold up this time. But we paid thousands out of our own pocket to get the replacement floor right, and will never work with this company again.

I have had to use this company twice in the past year. Once with MAJOR water damage on a second story office building and again with water damage in my home from an improperly installed dish washer. I was so pleased on how efficient and professional the whole team was.especially Abdoul! I would definitely use them again if needed! I

Absolutely would not recommend this company! They took over a year to do repairs on our home and broke many things during the process, including our bathtub, garage door, foyer windows, shower tiles, garden hose, light fixtures, and floor joists, just to name a few. They pulled tricks, bailed out on work, and tried to sniff out money wherever they could without having to do the work necessary. The lady who managed our claim was impudent and became more and more coercive as the project progressed. Save yourself the hassle and choose another company.

I cannot speak to the quality of their work; they never showed on a scheduled appointment for an estimate, we worked to reschedule then they told us they are pulling out of the bidding. This is after a master bathroom shower developed a leak and we urgently needed to reconstruct remediation work and spent the time to email insurance documents etc

2Thumbs up for these guys When we moved in, we had to do some clean up and one of the key points with American Property Restoration was the timing that we were dealing with. They were very, very proactive when it comes to that. From the operator to their sales department and the president of the company, they were all very professional. They were also very cost effective.
They were not the only ones we contacted before we went with them. They were knowledgeable and made the right recommendations. Usually, some companies will go where the money is. Whatever they didn't specialize in doing, they directed me to the right partners they have. All of them have been great. Very professional and would recommend them to anybody for these services.
