Copper Leaf Pools

We were promised in writing a completed pool by the summer of 2022 back in Jul of 2021. In March of 2022 when we still had not even received a formal contract despite several requests, we decided to change companies and requested a full refund of our $1000 deposit since no work had been started. At that time we were told our deposit was non-refundable and offered $500.

The non-refundable deposit was never stated verbally or in writing. A company that does not keep their word and yet refuses to refund your money? I would think twice about using this company. Update - Still have not received any refund. Buyer Beware!

Update as of 11/1-you replied that we love our pool yet did not address any other concerns in my previous review such as communication. I have called and left a voicemail. I will keep people updated on this timeline. If we do not hear from you in 2 weeks, we will work with the ROC to have our concerns addressed. I left my number via the voicemail and will be happy to update my review as we work through this process.

Also I have a message saved on 8/22 reaching out to Chris asking him to fix this and he never returned my call. So I have contacted you. Original post: My experience with Chris and his team will be one I will never forget. Their communication is poor. Sure, we have a beautiful pool but they were quick to dump and collect their paycheck. It also took them nearly 8 months and that was staying on top of them when we were told contractors would arrive on days, only to never show.

We still don't fully understand our Pentair system. Also, their quality of work is poor. This is a photo of our skimmer that is just sitting atop of crumbling concrete. I've asked for this to be corrected but don't anticipate that it will be repaired nor will I likely ever hear from them. This is what 80k buys you. Do yourself a favor, go with a company that is punctual, meets deadlines, wants your business, and has appropriate communication. Furthermore, when mishaps happen, are able to reach them and discuss.

Our pool is 7 months old. 7 months. We have had tile come loose, our pool had to be drained because they poured too much salt into it to begin with; just not a suitable company worth your time.

We used Copper Leaf to come drain, sand blast, and de-algae our pool. They also changed out the system from chlorine to salt water. They were very specific about how the process would go. Chris came out to supervise everything and explain the process in detail. The pool looks and feels great and he was very reasonable for a three-day process. Feels like a new pool all over again!

The custom pool, patio and water feature that Copper Leaf designed were a perfect fit for my unusual backyard space and still reflected my personal taste. Both Chris and Jamie (owners) were great to work with and guided me through the entire process from HOA approvals, selecting materials, to the actual construction itself.

At the end of the day, I wanted an exceptional product and an easy process, and I wasn't disappointed. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the excellent craftsmanship of the work they performed and materials they used - everything was high quality. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had and even helped me understand the mechanics of the new pool system. The end result speaks for itself - I now have a unique and beautiful backyard living space that my family and I can enjoy for years to come!

The team at Copper Lead Pools did a great job with our little splasher and spa. Their sister company, Lone Star Landscaping, completed our back yard with new plants and irrigation all the way around.

Copper leaf takes their time and does amazing work no cutting corners. With so many cookie cutter pool companies around anymore be careful this is a true company that has proven themself time and time again. Their work is outstanding in their prices are right. All the round awesome pool company.

Working with Copper Leaf Pools has been great! They are easy to communicate and collaborate with. They listened to my ideas and added new concepts to create the pool I always dreamt of! After reading the positive reviews, I was excited to have Copper Leaf Pools quote a new build for us. The sales person came to our house and took some measurements, asked related questions, and gave a general feel for what a pool would cost. Several weeks later, I have yet to hear back. I sent a follow up email asking when I will get my quote.still waiting.

I guess the company is blessed with so much business that they can be selective. BUYER BEWARE: when I asked if he would be sending me drawings of the type of pool, the location, and layout.he said that he's not a commission sales person, that they don't have people sitting around doing CAD drawings, and it's not how they operate like some of the other pool companies.

I let him know that I was struggling with spending 35-40k on a pool that I don't know the position in the yard, the style of it, or how it will really looks. He also shared that the pool companies all use the same "shockcrete" contractors and they are really busy. If they all use the same subcontractors, then customer service is what your paying for when you buy a pool.

Copper Leaf was great! Our pool was designed and built just in time for summer, and are thrilled at how it all turned out. Our automation system makes managing our pool simple. The details on our pool are great and love the water features. They came highly recommended to us and now we highly recommend them to all of our friends and family looking to get a pool done. They were easy to work with and designed exactly what we wanted!

We have used copper leaf pools for a few years now we had him install a complete in ground grecian style pool 18 x 36 with about 1000 sq ft of paver decking and totally love it, we just had chris over to bid out our 125 foot driveway and to install drips and 12 queen palms, amazing work with a reasonable price!

I had a great experience with Copper Leaf Pools recently when I needed replacement of a really old pool pump and filter. The work was prompt, reasonably priced and billed as quoted. Now a couple months since the installation, and all is working well.
