I had Universal Roofing replace my skylights which had started to leak after many years. They were incredibly professional, explained things clearly, and when I had additional questions about the work they sent out a representative a second time to review things to make sure the job got done correctly. The installation was quick and the job they did was excellent.
After they were finished, and had already come down from the roof, I noticed that there was a few extra smudges on the 3rd floor skylight, which couldn't have been seen from the outside. They didn't hesitate to set up their ladders again and climb all the way back up there to make sure I was satisfied with their work.

I used them to repair the roof of a duplex I recently purchased in Hallandale. I have nothing bad to say about them. Tracey one of the owners was the person took care of me. He was very helpful, professional and his customer service skills was excellent. The quality of the work was far beyond what I had imagined. I would use them again if I was ever in need of their service. I highly recommend them for any roofing issues

I have contracted 6 projects in the past five years, two of which were "renos from hell". I can honestly say that Universal Roofing was a most pleasant experience. Tracy explained the reroof process thoroughly from start to finish and the office kept me informed of the scheduled work. The entire reroof process only took three working days. The city signed off on the permit on the fifth day.
When Tracy came to the house for the final payment he asked me "what did you like about what we did and what could we have done better?" Are you kidding me? Who does that? In the forty five years I have been a homeowner, no one has ever bothered to ask that question. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you Universal.

A tornado did a hole in the roof of my house with other several damages and then after several months investigating for a best option for a company to replace the fascia, soffit and re-roofing. I trusted universal roofing inc specially with Tracy Flett who provided us multiple estimates with all options that we had in the market. If you are looking the best option this is the best. We needed a reliable roofing company to re-roof an area of our house. We called Universal Roofing and they were everything that we needed in order to have our roof fixed.
