They repaired a leak in my roof so quickly! Provided guidance and photos every step of the way, and my leak was gone in just a few hours. No trash or debris left behind. I hope we never get another leak ever! But if I do I'm calling Eddie.

A quote was quickly provided and the scheduled roof repair was within days (even in this rainy season). I highly recommend Thompson's Roofing. I'm in Cooper City and heard a lot of good things about Thompson's Roofing online in our local community social media groups/pages from people who have used them. So when I had a leak recently in my tile roof they were on top of my list to call. Eddie got back to me and came by to do an estimate which was very competitive.

What was even better was they could get the repair done right away which was amazing being we are in rainy season. Axel and Brad came out to do a valley repair 2 days later and were experienced and professional roofers. These guys knew what they were doing and they did the repair with care like it was on their own house. They kept me informed about how it was going whenever I came out to check. They took pictures to show me everything and left everything spotless. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed in the future!

We didn't have the best experience with Thompson's Roofing. It seems there is a lack of communication between the supplier, sales, crew and us. We had a few concerns that needed to be addressed, we reached out to our sales rep on several occasions without response. We even called John Thompson, the owner, with no response. Eventually our concerns were addressed but not in a very timely manner.

They installed the wrong color shingles on our roof and remedied it with a second layer of the correct color. The installation crew was messy leaving over 200 nails on the ground and counting and tar on our sidewalk which was supposed to be removed this week, it's Thursday so we'll see. So all in all it wasn't the best experience but not the worst. I wanted to be able to give a raving review but I just can't. So three stars it is.

I used Thompson's Roofing to repair a portion of rotting fascia. They came out quickly to provide an estimate, which I found reasonable, and were able to perform the repairs the same week I called to schedule. The technician was on time, did a good job replacing the area in question/painting to match existing fascia, and cleaned up afterward.

As the president of a large 461 townhouse community in Florida, we have been lucky to have Thompson's Roofing as our roofing vendor. Thompson's has done over half a million dollars worth of roofing repairs thru the years, he has stood behind all repairs and has been the most responsive vendor that we have contracted. After hurricane Irma Thompson's crew was on property within 2 days of the all clear, they worked for over 2 weeks to secure and repair our 20 year old roofs.

I cannot emphasize how assuring it is to have a vendor that provides old fashion quality service. They have always worked hard to provide seamless service to our homeowners in a very professional manner and secure their property with minimal disturbance.

When inspection time came the inspector said whoever I hired did an fantastic job and it's truly great work. Take it from me I did extensive research and got loads of estimates. Needed a roofer ASAP was dealing with a death in the family out of state. Looked up roofers saw Thompson looked into credentials liked what I saw.

Great workmanship and quality service. Our new roof was fully permitted, installed and passed final inspection within 3 weeks following contract execution (and, even more impressively, during the Christmas holiday season).

My brother hired these people about two months ago to patch up his leaking roof. After wasting the first days of work by COMPLETELY overlooking the leaking spot, misleading my brother about the contract terms, AND THEN my brother coming home weeks later to find their UNINVITED crew on his property trying to cover their work, THE ROOF IS STILL LEAKING!
