Chris did a great job responding quickly and going the extra mile for us. We had an issue with our front door lock where the keys wouldn't work. Turns out he just needed to reset it but while there Chris spent the extra time to fix the lock so the door sealed better and rekeyed a few locks to the shop. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Chris was very friendly and professional. He was able to fit us in the same week we called. He changed several of the locks through our home, picked off an old deadbolt and fixed up our antique door handle that was messed up by the previous owners. I just moved into my new home and needed the locks rekeyed. It's unsettling to not know who has keys I called several places but chose to go with Chris. I'm so happy I did. Chris is awesome and extremely knowledgeable of his craft. One of the door handles is an antique and Chris suggested a different option for that lock. All in all he was here for 20minutes.
