Very rude from the start, no good customer service at all. Extremely rude and not worth even doing business with. Didn't even get pass stating what kind of car I had before he was so impatient and hung up. He stated "call back when you know what car you're dealing with" and hung up in my face after I told him one minute (Went to double check my friends cars model). I refuse to do business with a bad attitude.!

Very rude and over priced. (Updated.)I mistakenly gave him the wrong model of the car, and quickly corrected myself. and he responded with a "Wowwwww." The rest of the conversation was basically him questioning if the car was mine, and he was rude and rushing. He told me that it would be 190. Now the price wasnt the issue. his rudeness is. You can clearly see he is assuming I am not the owner of the vehicle, and assuming I cant afford his services.

He was punctual, quick, and nice! I had mechanics telling me they were going to charge me $400 to replace my entire ignition switch. I needed a solution immediately so I could get to work, and none of them could come quickly. I called the key guy to see what he could do, and he was at my house within 30 minutes! Even better, he decided to try to just make me a new key and it worked!

No new ignition switch needed. He had my car running with two brand new keys within 30 minutes and for about $150 versus $400. Very nice and professional, 100% would recommend him to any of my friends!

The key guy is truly amazing. He was the first on the list of locksmith to be called when I called my auto insurance for help to get car key replacement for I lost my keys. Indeed he deserves to be called first for he was very professional, observes social distancing, very smooth & very quick to get the job done.
