Twice recently I've needed Paul's assistance. One at home where he went over and above to sort out some locks and made it as economic as possible, certainly was doing what was best for me; switching some locks around rather than just suggesting I buy more and more locks. When we had some vandalism to locks at our business offices and staff couldn't get in, one quick call and he was there within the hour and resolved the problem there and then, returning later with a large number of newly cut keys all at a good price. Really responsive and a trustworthy, responsive professional of his trade. Top marks!

Terrible experience! Nice customer service (at first) then it became a waiting game so After waiting for almost four hours no one ever showed up and still gave us the run around. Multiple technicians cancelled and passed the buck to another.
