Lancer Windows

They arrived before 9 and completed 7 windows install four 2nd story, three first floor and trimmed out a previously installed sliding door. Completed before 4pm. Lance and his crew are true craftsman. It is fun to watch people who know what they are doing and enjoy doing it. The end results are outstanding. I would highly recommend Lance and his crew. They are quality installers, the windows are quality products at the right price.

We had Lance and Karen install the windows and glass doors almost 9 years ago. We were told that if there was an issue with door locks, everything was covered ( my thought, Ya Right). Let's set the record straight, IT IS TRUE! I called Karen and she had the manufacturer's crew at my door in a week. No cost to repair, excuse me, they replaced the lock and assembly.

Working with Lancer windows was and is still the right choice. Karen followed thru with her recommendations and some of our ideas. On time with installation and they cleaned up each day. Let's be real though, construction is construction, and we had to do normal cleaning after it was finished. We never had to worry about nails or screws being left around.

Please call them and give them a chance, You will like the personal follow thru Lance and his family puts into your project. Tell them you read my review and Dave is satisfied!

Well, I am back. had lancer windows take care of my kitchen issue in 2013 with a high 5 star review, as you can see my previous review. last week they finished the remodel of my bathroom and I tell you my bathroom doesn't look like mine! I am so overwhelmed on how beautiful it came out from start to finish. it is hard for me not to leave the light on so that everytime I walk by the door, I just want to look at it more and more. thank you Karen and Lance for another 5 star project well done. as I said before, there is no reason to shop elsewhere when a project is needed as far as I am concerned, called Karen, set up the appointment for the bid, and then the job was done. again, the cleanup was excellent as is just important to me and the friendliness towards my 2 dogs while the project was going on was so appreciated. THANK YOU AGAIN LANCER WINDOWS, BY THE WAY, YOU ALL NEED TO KNOW THEY DO MORE THEN WINDOWS AND DOORS, THEIR REMODELING PROJECTS ARE THE BEST!

Lancer Windows just replaced all of the 36 windows and two sliding doors in my new home and they did an amazing job. Everyone involved was hard working, courteous, and easy to work with and the job was completed on schedule with no hassles. We love our new Vista Plus windows and would be happy to refer Lancer windows to anyone who asks!

Lancer Windows has installed Windows at my home and at my Daughters home and they were done perfectly. Later they remodeled my Kitchen and did an excellent job. Lance and Karen helped me with ideas on remodeling and Lance and Albert did all the electrical, plumbing as well as completely remodeled the kitchen. I did not have to call any other contractor to do any work.

The work they did was perfect and they warranty any work that they did. When they left, they cleaned up all the mess and I did not have to do any clean up. They were complete professionals and I never worried about leaving them in my home when I was not there, Thank you Lance, Karen, Albert and Linda for all your hard work. I am extremely happy with my new kitchen!

I highly recommend Lancer Windows. They installed all my windows back in 2006 on my condo. They were done in a day and a half and clean up was perfect. The windows have never leaked and I've had no problem with them. Recently I needed to install a doggy door into a slider. They came out and made a custom door for me with the doggy door installed. They are fast, accurate, and highly professional. Their prices are reasonable, also.

Very disapponting. I would not recommend them to anyway. There work was partial and incorrect. They voided their contract by doing additional work which was shoddy at best. Then they refuse to fix it because they felt they went above and beyond! I would think twice about using them and make sure you agree upon the work before hand. I did but it still didn't matter. Now I have to pay for someone to fix their mess!

We had a great experience with Lancer Windows! The installation went smoothly and the windows look fantastic. We live in an old home (1937) and I was a little nervous about changing from wood windows to the newer windows (our decision) but Lance's suggestion on the new style of the window has perfectly updated our house without taking away from the character! We love it! I can't wait to get the rest of our windows done!
