I had an emergency where I couldn't open my garage door and my car was inside. Samson answered the phone after 7 pm and had someone out the next morning. After he repaired the roller that came out of the track, The young man who did the service showed me where to spray the rollers and joints to help keep it in working order. Samson will be my go to now any time I need service. Thank you! Excellent Service!

Our motor died. I called Samson around 10 am and Mike arrived by 1pm. Mike was very kind and helpful. Mike not only fixed the problem but we upgraded (keypad camera etc.) The cost is reasonable and I highly recommend them. I wont be going anywhere else.

Very fast and professional service. Needed springs replaced and new keypad. Able to get not only same day service but the time from call to completion was a total of 3 hours, Hopefully I don't need them again for a while but if I do they will be my first call and my first recommendation to anyone looking for garage door repair.

Working with Samson Garage Doors has been a blessing. As a maintenance manager, it is difficult to find a reliable vendor which has an almost 24hr response, that's incredible, plus their techs work fast, prices are fair, their desk person is easy to talk to, nothing but great experiences so far.

It's been just around two months since we had our Anlin Sliding patio door installed, which replaced the older single pane slider from decades ago. What an amazing addition it has been to our place, and the final results look immaculate. Paul and Dave were both so professional during the installation, they went the extra mile and covered all the plants, patio furniture plus setup a dust barrier on the interior, and their quality workmanship with the installation and stucco work was unparalleled.

A big thank you to Yvette and Taft for the quick response times, site surveys and for working with us to get the spec that best fit our needs, we didn't feel pressured in any way. I did lots of research on vendors in the area, and I am glad we ended up going with Samson Door & Window. We look forward to working with them soon again on our interior doors in the near future.

We had to get a garage door opener replaced. They were able to come the same day and it took them less time than estimated. Plus the guy who came out was super nice, very thorough, and helpful. I highly recommend these folks and will use them again if the need arises.

Great service! Not only were they able to come fix my door within a couple of hours, but they did a great job upgrading my door from the old-school extension spring system to a torsion spring system. It opens and closes much smoother and quieter now. I'm extremely happy with their work! Highly recommend these guys.

One of the BEST home repair/service experiences I've ever had! At 11AM on Sunday I lowered my garage door and heard the dreaded pop of the spring breaking. I called Samson and within an hour they arrived and about an hour later they were finished with the spring replacement. Very friendly, efficient and professional team from the office to the repair crew. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Highly recommend Samson Garage Doors! Always like to support local companies and this one is great. Our garage door opener finally bit the dust; it came with the house when we moved in 27 years ago. When the technician came to look at it he said, "I've never seen one like this and its over 50 years old"; while taking pictures. Ordered a new garage door with opener.

During Christmas week (Dec 23rd to be exact), the handle & lock mechanism on the front door literally fell apart. Remember seeing on their website that they provided Locksmith services. Called and they came out the same day. Very responsive, professional and provide excellent service.

First off we love Yvette and Taft! They were such a pleasure to work with. Their bi-folding doors are absolutely gorgeous! Yvette was very sweet and you can tell they care about their customers which is always appreciated. Taft made sure the project got completed within a timely manner even with the unforeseen plumbing situation. Everything got handled professionally. Extremely pleased with Samson Door and Windows. I would highly recommend them and use them again!

It is rare to find a company with such a strong work ethic. I don't give 5 stars often, but they deserve it. The team made sure we got exactly what we wanted and communicated well through the process. Thanks, Samson for delivering a fantastic product (ProVia), great service and installation.

We were so happy with our windows that Taft's crew installed, we decided to have them replace our worn out front door with a wood one. The ordering process was fast and the communication was constant. Yvette was very helpful and professional. There was a missing piece of the door, but Taft came over and fixed it to make sure everything was perfect. We love our new double doors and would definitely work with Samson Door & Window again.

Hired this company after reviews on yelp. Not the best decision unfortunately. Firstly, it took a long time from finalization of the estimate to door installation to screen door installation. They charged an exorbitant amount to have the door painted but offered a contractor they worked with to paint the door - by hand. Which they did not alert me about.

It took months for the painter to arrive and when he did he did just an "ok" job. Streaks could be seen on the door and the paint bled into other parts of the door. In other words he did a sloppy job and was unprofessional in how he spoke to me and handled the job. A quick in and out job like he wanted to be done as quickly as possible. When the screen door finally arrived it appeared installed well but I noticed gaps on the bottom and that the door did not close flush to the frame.

A situation which they did not fix since they said it was "up to standard." When paying over $3k for a door one would expect better service and that the customer's needs would be addressed. Even though I was told to contact them for any issues. Not here unfortunately. 3 stars for just average work and for not going the extra mile. I now have to figure out how to fix the gaps and door issue myself! Luckily hired a different company for my front door.

I enjoyed working with Yvette. Her communication and assistance to find the most cost effective door was most appreciated. Although it did take some time to get the work done, she always kept me up to date and was very honest with me. The installation process ran smoothly. The door is beautiful and the detail is exceptional. I highly recommend Samson Door and Window and will work with them again, if needed.

It was a pleasure doing business with Taft from Samson Door & Windows. I needed to have a sliding glass door replaced. It was an unplanned project and an urgent situation. I called quite a few vendors at the end of the day and luckily Taft had an opening that afternoon and understood the nature of my need. He came out to my home the same day and went above and beyond to remedy my issue.

Samson Windows truly delivered beyond our highest expectations. Taft quoted the project in detail, arrived when they said they would and cleaned up each day. This quality of craftsmanship is very hard to find today, Taft has exacting standards and the pride in his work is evident. We had a wonderful experience working with Taft! We replaced 2 sets of french doors, 3 double-hung windows and 1 picture window. We can't wait to work with him again to do the rest of the windows and doors for our house! He is trustworthy and meticulous, and he chose doors and windows for us that have instantly updated and added value to our house!

Poor customer service! They did some work for us on a rental window that was leaking. After the rains came, it started leaking again. I called several times and left messages and even talked to the woman in the office who said Taft would call me back but he never did. It would have been nice to hear back even if they didn't want to do the job.

Taft gave me the door of my dreams. I didn't even know one could covet such a door until I saw the old door that came with the house. It was quite possibly the most unnatractive part of my house. Taft and his wife Yvette worked closely with me and made recommendations based on my taste and decor. Taft made sure the installation went off without a hitch. His recommended wood stainer Troy English is also a very talented craftsman and put the finishing touches on my door of happiness. Recommend 100%.

Samson Door & Window was an amazing experience. Lets start off with the bidding process. We had a number of bids from various companies found on yelp. As expected, all bids where ballpark and what we expected. Some more or less than others. The knowledge and expertise is what set Taft apart from the other companies. He knows his doors! I genuinely felt as if he knows what we were talking about and provided his feedback and recommendations.

Not to get a sale, but to provide his perspective. It made sense and got a sense he was just looking out for our best interest. He was able to find a door design that we were looking for along with some custom glass work. He provided a quote we were good with and started the project. The materials did take some time to arrive, along with the custom glass work.

Once we had everything, we were ready to install. The installation went largely great with a few minor tweaks to do. This is where their service shined, they addressed every. single. item. I can be a bit nit-picky about items, but Taft was there to address all issues. I am completely happy with the service, and would recommend Samson Door & Window to anyone looking for door service. Taft is awesome and the service was awesome.

These guys are great. I hung out most of the time while they were installing but not too much because i didn't want to be that guy. It took 2 days to complete but i can tell they were being thorough. I had some big doors. I had a small issue with one of the doors and they came out the same day to fix it. I have been an electrician for 16 yrs and have seen alot of garage doors go in and i can tell you these guys do a good job and they back it up.

No doubt one of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. The process was made easy by the input and recommendations we were provided by Taft, the owner, on his initial visit. And the installers Jose and Gustavo were awesome, clean and professional - completely covered (twice over) everything we had to make sure no dust or debris got on our other things throughout the home.

Stellar! I was delighted with the entire process from getting the estimate to the final installation. Oh Yeah! They actually also finished early which is SO rare in the world of general contracting. I was also very happy with the crew of guys they sent out. They were well spoken, considerate of our property, and walked us through the entire process.

The finish work they did on the exterior of the home is killer. You can't even tell that work was done on the house except for the extremely rare Gothic window that they found for us at a fair price. All I can say is think of a company with OLD school value system meets ability to do amazing current work. The words that come to mind for me are Honest, Professional, and Reliable. I wish that I would have had the pleasure of knowing Taft years ago.

I was anxious to submit a review for Taft and Samson. Came out ahead of schedule, arrived EARLY, were absolute craftsman and offered a very competitive price. I'm a tough grader but these guys deserve an "A".

My contractor ordered the wrong size door and left me out to dry. I reached out to about 30+ door sales/installation companies on Yelp and Taft reached out to me right away and had a few ideas/suggestions to try and help me out. Even after I told him I already had a guy to do the install he still wanted to help. Immediately I could tell he was honest and genuine. One of his ideas I hadn't thought of ended up saving me hundreds of dollars on my French door project. I wish I would have gone with Samson initially!

I couldn't be more pleased with my entire experience with this company. I had 3 quotes to replace my French doors and Taft was the only one who I felt truly wanted to (and did) give me the best door for what I needed for my circumstances, rather than try to push a certain door just because it's what he "liked" to sell. The price was comparable to the others, but the business practice was far superior.

Communication the entire time was timely and accurate. On the day of install, Oscar and Isaac did a wonderful efficient and clean job, as well as being very courteous, kind, and friendly the entire time. I hope to do more projects in my home in the future and I will absolutely be calling Taft for those when the time comes. Definitely go with this company if you want an honest and reliable team as well as a job well-done!
