All the snow and the cold and my furnace went kaput, 1 call 30 minutes they were here, less than an hour and it was working well and back to getting warm. They were pleasant and stayed to make sure it stayed running and working properly. Highly recommend.

FJ Murphy has great customer service. They do fast quality work for a very reasonable price. I will use them again and again.

Do your research. Rates $120/hour. My fault for not asking. Job ended up taking almost 7 hours. Leaking faucet doesn't leak now but for that price I would have bought a new tub instead. I see here that the shop is union.

Very unprofessional and late for every appointment to fix my air conditioning unit. Currently waiting for tech that's over an hour late for a morning appointment. The team came out a month ago and let me know the AC may still be broken after they were supposed to fix it . They then have been late and having me wait on parts once I called them back to fix what they told me would break.

My sister's furnace gave out and we needed someone right away. I called and left a message late at night and they promptly called back at 8 a.m. After inspection it was determined that she needed a new furnace. They promptly called their supplier and got us a new furnace and installed it in a few hours. Derek and his associate were prompt and very professional. I give them an A+ rating

Very professional and never shy away from messy job. They came in, run the snake goowy stuff came out, the cleaned up.

Labor was $114.00 an hour, $44.00 for driving(its a 15 minute trip to my location from their business location but I don't know how they calculate this) This is information I should've researched beforehand. So for anyone interested here it is. Plumber was professional. Work was 4 stars, price 2 stars.

We had tried to DIY fix the leak in our bathtub but had lots of problems with the cartridge not budging and coming out in pieces. It soon became such a problem that we had to shut off water to the entire house. I run a daycare and not having water is a big problem. I called at 9:15 am and explained the situation. She informed me she could have someone to my house sometime between noon and 2.

I explained that we had to let the water company know by 1:30pm if we wanted the water turned back on today so earlier in that window would be great. What a pleasant surprise when at 9:54 am the technician showed up! He got the cartridge out and informed us it was under warranty with the company (awesome news!). I was waiting for a large bill at the end, but it only ended up being $127! They have outstanding customer service and were very well priced. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

We had an emergency plumbing issue and they sent someone over within a few hours of my call. The receptionist and plumber were friendly and professional. I recommend this business.

FJ Murphy plumbing has been to our home now five times for plumbing as well as heating and cooling. They are always professional, do excellent work, they're thorough, prompt and fairly priced. They are a union-based shop but their prices are right in line with quality non-union shops.
