We've been customers for over 20 years! Steve and his plumbers are professional, prompt, knowledgeable, & friendly! They're skilled at diagnostics and repair. They show up and do the job. I cannot recommend Steve Ray Plumbing enough!

Had a small drip in bathroom tub faucet and while service was fast and good I do feel like maybe it was a bit overpriced. Over $440 for a single part to "fix" not replace a faucet and less than an hour of work just seems a bit high. Again no complaint about service or response just first time using them and price seems higher than expected.

I called Steve Ray Plumbing on a Monday morning because the drain pipe opening would overflow when my washing machine was releasing water during the spin cycle. Josh had someone to my house within the hour. Although the technician couldn't get the clog unclogged, he diagnosed the potential problem and provided me with a written estimate. I then contacted them and they scheduled the work for Thursday of the same week.

This would include drilling into my floor, through the foundation slab, and pinpoint the problem and the cause. They arrived on Thursday, precisely on time. They laid down floor protector coverings from the house entrance, thru the kitchen, and down the hallway to the area where the work had to be performed. They put up plastic around the work area to isolate/minimize the dust caused by the jackhammering.

After digging through the floor and slab, they pinpointed the problem, replaced the area of the pipe that was causing the backup, hooked up my washing machine, and ran a short cycle to ensure the clog problem was resolved and that there were no leaks at the connections where the pipe was spliced and replaced. It truly was a thing of beauty. They then neatly poured the concrete to cover the dig.

I was extremely pleased with the work, professionalism, and conscientiousness shown by those performing and scheduling the work; that being, Josh, Scott, Aaron, Marcus, and Cameron. They were also very respectful of my time and very courteous. They all gave me the impression they truly enjoyed their job, were proud of the work they do, and being able to solve the problem.

Two of my friends recommended Steve Ray Plumbing, and my husband and I are both very pleased to be able to recommend them as well. I will definitely not hesitate to contact them in the future for any plumbing problems or needs we may have. I had a blocked toilet in which they fixed promptly in less than 15 minutes in my house. The man was very polite and fixed the blockage running a snake to unclog the toilet. No new parts needed and the shocking part was a 270 dollar bill. I could have bought a new toilet for that. I will not be calling them again due to pricing. Service: Toilet repair

I was very pleased with the service I received from Steve Ray plumbing. Please note that this was the second time that I required help with a plumbing issue. Ryan, Jake, and Scott, responded quickly to my sewer problem, and they were always there when promised. There were no surprises when the quote that was given and after the job was completed, that the invoice reflected exactly what was quoted.

I own a small grooming shop here in Springfield. Having warm water for the pups I groom is a necessity. Water heater wasn't completely out, but it was in its way. They came within 45 minutes after reaching out to give me an estimate. Was able to set up a time that worked around my business, so I didn't have to close it reschedule anyone. Answered all my questions concerning size, electric vs. gas, and tankless, basically what was going to work best for my business and budget. Came in this morning to install and was done within three hours! Giving me enough time for the water to heat up before my clients start to arrive! Thank you so much for your speedy work! Very impressed from the first call through installation with Steve Ray Plumbing. Water heater when down two days before Thanksgiving. Steve Ray was the only company that was not 'booked' through the following week. They scheduled a service call for the same day. Matt took measurements, explained options and provide a installed invoice. He came back the next day and had installed it. He was professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up after the job. I will always make my first call to Steve Ray plumbing in the future.

Absolutely wonderful! Major pipe repair needed and these guys explained it all to me throughout the process. They were knowledgable, polite, timely, and did a great job. Large problems cause a lot of stress but using this company was the easiest part. They also poured our new driveway and before/after speaks for itself. Thank you to those who worked on our property!

We just had granite counter tops installed in the bathrooms and kitchen and I attempted to install the plumbing myself. What a disaster! I was in a bind with it being Good Friday and family members arriving in two days for Easter.
