Our custom fabrication shop is where top-of the line materials, state of the art equipment, and our highly trained technicians come together. Davco Roofing can install double or single-lock panels, snap-lock panels, and batten-on panels, and we can achieve almost any panel length with our portable roll-form machine.
Single Ply
Report
Single-Ply is a term for a type of roofing material that is manufactured in large sheets. These sheets, or membranes, range from 10 to 40 feet wide and up to 200 feet long. The two main types are EPDM(commonly referred to as rubber and usually black) and PVC (mostly a plastic and usually white). A third type, called TPO, is a hybrid of the two other types and is also white.

Thank You Dan Davis of DAVCO Commercial Roofing for your metal roof repair at the Carolina Fire Department. We had to replace some insulation, and then mitigate a roof leak in the same area. The leak proved to be challenging and Dan and the DAVCO team came back over 5 times while allocating additional time, resources and sheet metal teams to mitigate the problem. Dan had stated that the leak would be fixed no matter how many times he had to come back and that the department would not be charged an additional amount. Dan is a man of his word and did exactly what he said he would do. Please give them a call if your looking for a quality Commercial Roofing Company that stands by their work.
