Steve B. from H & S Roofing found my roof leak today. We've been trying to find the source of the water for the last year and a half. Thank you Steve-- you found what three other roofers could not. I appreciate your can do attitude, and professionalism. You are the man for all my roofing and gutter needs. Thank you H & S Roofing and their man, Steve.

We recently found a leak in our roof resulting in some staining of an interior wall and ceiling. We immediately went in search of a reliable roofer to help identify the source and execute a repair. We initially reached out to several companies through "Angi" and had relatively poor response. Those that did respond all started their conversations out with promises to get a whole new roof, but not to worry "insurance will pay for everything".

These companies hadn't even seen the property, roof or the leak. Frustrated, I called H & S roofing. Jim was very responsive, and withheld judgment until he got a look at the problem. He admit the source might be difficult to track down but had an idea that he felt strongly was the problem. With an active leak, we were moved up on the repair schedule and we soon had someone on the roof digging into the problem.

To our surprise, the damage was less significant than originally thought and the repair was relatively straightforward. The final cost came in lower than the original quote, MUCH cheaper than the deductible on a new roof, and I no longer have a leak. Thank you H & S roofing. You are a great company to work with and your honest, ethical work will be the first I recommend to others in the future!

H&S did a great job on our gutters & guards. Billy was friendly and a knowledgeable salesman that took his time to explain our options to us. The girls on the phone were helpful for scheduling and payment. And the installers showed up on time and were done in about 2 hours. We have 2,000 SF split level home that needed new gutters & guards with the old gutters removed.

We went with black 6 K-style gutters and round downspouts. They also had the best pricing after we got 5 quotes from local companies. Some places way over charge for the round downspouts, but H&S was very reasonably priced. 5 stars all around. Highly recommend!

First of all, I WOULD recommend H&S for full roof replacement. I have a two story home in Union County, NC. The roof replacement cost me $15,600. My roof replacement started on the morning of Jan 26, 2022, and ended 24 hours later on Jan 27. Francis Lopez, the crew foreman, cleaned up nails dropped on the lawn, hauled off the shingles, and swept the driveway. Derek McMillion, my first contact with H&S, gave me a contract with a solid estimate.

He remembered some special trim work I wanted to have done to prevent water from running off the roof and splattering one of my wood framed windows. H&S also did most of the paperwork, including pulling a building permit. The person I worked with at the main office ( I forget her name) was friendly and professional. All of my questions were answered in an acceptable timeframe, meaning they answered immediately or the next day.

After I paid for the job, their office mailed all the H&S and GAF Roofing warrantees in a nice packet. Francis Lopez' crew did a good job replacing the roof and preserving my gutters, gutter screens, and shrubbery. They found 5 squares of OSB that needed replacing. Three squares were included at no extra cost. I paid a reasonable price for the extra 2 squares.

They also replaced and caulked all the flashing, installed a new ridge vent, replaced an attic fan, and a new vent for one of the bathrooms. My wife and I think the roof looks wonderful. The only issue I had (and it's a minor issue) is that one/some of the crew stepped on two of my outdoor landscape lights, even though I had tagged the lights with bright orange tape. However, the lights were just knocked over and were not damaged/broken. It took me about 10 minutes to correct the problem. Good job, H&S! Tony Marks

H&S roofing replaced our entire roof in 3 days. They gave clear expectations prior to beginning the work which was extremely helpful. They were careful around our house to be as clean and quiet as possible. Jim Strahan provided me with the exact process from start to finish - worked with my insurance company - and followed up through out the process. This company did a repair at the front of my roof. They did an excellent job matching my existing shingles. I cant even see the repair! I always try to use a SMALL BUISNESS that is LOCAL whenever I can, and this company did not disappoint. Service: Roof repair

H&S Roofing does not stand behind its product. Our roof has leaked constantly since we had it installed. They either did not fix it properly or claimed that there was no problem.

Worst customer service! If you are looking for someone to yell at you on the phone call Mary from H&S Roofing! One should not be working on customer service if they don't know how to be nice to their customers.

Our entire home has now been protected by H & S Roofing Company Inc. The work performed by the crew was done with professional care for every detail and the communication with us was friendly and helpful.

The roofing experience was a delightful surprise from beginning to end. Actual job came in below actual estimate. The crew cleaned up when finished and I could not tell they were here.

Guy was scheduled to arrive at 4:30.didn't show up until almost 6 and then said he'd back in the morning before 9am to take pictures and never showed, no phone call, nothing. Then he calls that evening around 5pm saying he'll be at my house in a few minutes.
