I never leave negative reviews, but felt it was needed in this case. I've spoken with multiple people from this company over the span of 2 and a half weeks, and on 4 separate occasions was told I'd get a call back or someone would come check out a leak. Now after the fourth time I was ghosted (someone was supposed to come today and never arrived), I decided to leave this review. If you want a company with decent service that respects customers, look elsewhere.

Larry came out same day and quickly found the issue. My roof turned out to only need a bit of caulking and he did it free of charge. True integrity and excellent customer service, a huge relief after I was originally quoted $1700 by another company. I will be calling Rike Roofing for any future services, and recommending them to others.
