Tile Options

My pool renovation company had an "approved vendor" list for decking material with about 10 companies on it and as most all know, if you live in the area, there are countless places to buy tile from in Miami! I went to all 10 on his list and I chose to go with Tile Options. By far, Tile Options from the moment I walked in the door. their customer service outshined all of the others. Isaac was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the right tile for my pool deck. He's honest, professional and his team of installers did a fantastic job.

I have been in a number of times and have gotten good advise and had some great options suggested to me. I was allowed to take free samples home, too, and brought them back. I found a few well priced selections that I didn't find elsewhere. When I am ready, it will cost $60 delivery for the first pallet and $20 for any additional pallet.

The catalog photographs of completed jobs by Tile Options, look more like images from Architectural Digest magazine rather than remodeled kitchen and pool projects, marble, granite, glass mosaics, or porcelain tiles are arranged with an artisan's eye for detail and landscape while maintaining an elegant and classic appeal.

Recently purchased all of the tile and counter tops for my home renovation from Tile Options, and Isaac and Felipe are two great guys. Honest, knowledgeable, and everything was delivered and installed on time, no run arounds/excuses/delays. Will be back if we need anything else.

Really great service. For such a small store front, they have a great selection. They may not have a lot, but they had what we wanted. We are renovating the house in the keys. We wanted a underwater theme for the bathrooms. (Hey, it's the keys. you're tacky if you're NOT a little tacky.) We needed outdoor tile for the stairways and walk around.

We placed an order and then canceled and had to refund. We didn't return calls immediately (takes at least a week for my dad.) Stuff would come in and we wouldn't pick it up for days. What I'm telling you is, we were not easy customers. But we are definitely return customers.
