Carolina is the best! She's been extremely helpful with samples ideas etc. We recently purchased all our floor and wall tile for our master bath, walk in closet and guest bathroom from Linda's and she made the process so easy. They have a large variety of options and the service Carolina provides is excellent. I highly recommend them.

Wish I could give 0 stars if possible. I was given the promise that after running my credit they would come to my house to install the pieces within the same day or next day. Unfortunately it's been four days of me calling and continuously getting the run around. These home improvements were to ensure safety for my four year old daughter, that they were not able to aid with. Extremely disappointed with their service and lack of professionalism

Absolutely phenomenal service! I have asked about a million questions and they have been extremely helpful and patient each time I visit or call the showroom. Carolina is incredibly knowledgable! She has provided excellent service and has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the materials we are purchasing. The prices are also unbeatable for the quality and selection. I would definitely recommend Linda Flooring to anyone shopping for flooring.

I am redoing the entire flooring in my house, except for one bathroom. The young salesgirl was unable to give me a quote on any of the wood I tried to ask about. She did not understand the word installation. She didn't understand when I said I did not want laminate. She would repeat back the words, but I finally figured out that she spoke absolutely no English. My trip to this showroom was extremely disappointing.

Horrible show room. dirty and in disarray. Could not open entrance door, I had to use the back garage door even more dirty than inside. Messy parking. The salesman was so unattentive that after waiting standing in front of him for a while and not getting a word, I said "well, you are very busy" and left. he did not notice or knowledge my presence and I had to leave without buying or doing anything else. It was a very unpleasant experience for me. I never received a call back. He did have mu telephone number because I called him before. Thank you, yo'll never see me again.
