I was so overwhelmed by my remodeling project until I stumbled on this gem of a store, CLAD Tile. The staff was very knowledgeable and really gave me direction selecting the perfect and appropriate materials for my bathroom remodel. The selection CLAD has is exceptional. I owe it all to Judy and her expertise in design to help me with my master bathroom. I couldn't be happier!

I WILL GIVE A O STAR IF I COULD. The store has a nice display of beautiful products, HOWEVER you can find the same at Tiles of Pompano at a lesser price and nicer customer service. I just ordered my marble backsplash stone from Tiles of Pompano. RUN, RUN, RUN from JUDY, she is not worth your time, and your money, she is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, IF SHE IS THE OWNER, PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE, AND SHE IS NOT THE OWNER SHE MUST BE FIRED.

The selection in here is nice and the store is a lot bigger than it seems from the outside. But keep in mind: - the parking is tiny especially for FL - the area is not good at all. Even though this place is upscale, the area itself is pretty seedy so I don't recommend going at night - the workers here are super uptight, like ridiculously so for such a non fancy area.

They look you up and down to see if you can afford them which is ridiculous for many reasons. Number 1 not all wealthy people flaunt their wealth and wear head to toe brands and Rolex watches, especially on weekends when they are off. Some of the wealthiest people including Warren buffet are very modest in their way of living so this is just a dumb assumption.

Number 2 it's not because you have head to toe Chanel that you are not in extreme debt and can actually afford stuff anyways. I so hate that attitude, so here's my rant of the day. I refuse to do business with someone that keeps telling me how the price she tells me is just for one tile and not by square foot and keep repeating it over and over like are you sure you can afford this?

Like what are you assuming anything? Even if someone can't afford it, why do you care? So I wrote down the name and style of the tile, I looked it up and found a dealer near Boca Raton, where our 2nd home is, and will be giving them the business, just on principle. If you don't mind the snootiness then you might like this place!

One of the best selections in South Florida. Beautiful products. Very friendly staff. If you want something special, unique or just very nice check out Clad. Open on Saturdays.

The owner Mirian, is wonderful and helped me pick out the right tile for a very unusual piece I'm using in my bathroom. She has a good eye for color and design and I would recommend asking for her if you need ideas.

If you are looking for amazing and very high end tiles for your house this is the place. I needed to do some work on my house and found this place on yelp. The have the nicest selection and most up to date tiles I have ever seen. Everything is displayed very nicely. They have two small rooms with different tiles.

I cannot speak to their tiles, but if the owner's treatment of common people is anything like his customer service, I would take great caution before shopping here. I mistakenly parked in the owner of this establishment's lot, meaning to dine at the neighboring restaurant. I apologized for doing so and explained that I could not see that the side parking (depicted) was labeled as off limits, as two other vehicles were parked there.

After rudely raising his voice to me, the owner walked me outside and showed me a dull, faded sign hidden behind a car and a tree (also depicted). I asked if I am the first person to make this mistake and he admitted this occurs once every month! I advised that he make it more clear not to park there and he further condemned and demeaned me in front of his customer and employees. Prepare for a rude shopping experience and expect little in the way of kindness or compation before entering this establishment.

This place is awful! Very snobby, and no one even tried to help me as I walked around their store. One of the guys was actually on the phone talking to his doctor about his upcoming plastic surgery. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a store like I was on that day. Don't bother!

I had a patio built and updated my walkway in my home recently. I was short with material in the middle of the job And Gabi helped me find the stone and expedited it to Me with the utmost professionalism and enjoyment! They have a beautiful selection of tile and stone unique And less common than what I have found elsewhere. I look forward to having another opportunity to work with them in the near future.

Excellent customer care. Very professional and helpful. We remodeled our house and ordered tile for the job. We noticed we were a few boxes short and instead of wondering if the right amount was delivered they gave us the extra boxes to make sure the remodeling would not get delayed. Excellent choice of product with good prices. This is the second time we have ordered tile from clad. I highly recommend clad tile And stone.

If there is a NO STAR in this tile company I will put on it. DO NOT EVER come in this store! The owner is the most disrespectful & rude person I ever met. I ordered tiles and I changed my mind so after I paid the full price he never refunded me of any of my money nor the tiles were not delivered. If you don't want to ever encounter any such disruptive behaviour headaches in your life STAY AWAY in CLAD TILES. The WORST customer relations EVER!

This is by the far the best tile showroom in town. Although I had previous positive experiences at Clad, in searching for backsplash tile for my new kitchen, I decided to venture to "the other" local high end tile showroom. What a mess! They were completely disorganized, with sample boards in bins or stacked on the floors against the wall. Other than a flashy Federal Highway window display, there was nothing to look at inside!

After that, walking into Clad was a breath of fresh air. They are organized, friendly, and have designers ready to help you design your space. Oh, and they make clear that they will match any competitors' pricing on the same material. For those looking for tile or other materials, Clad is definitely worth a visit!

Great tile, very expensive and a little attitude. I actually came in with my architect looking to order tile. We did not have an appointment and no one was really willing to help us. I mean I had a checkbook and a massive renovation to finish and they acted like we had a lot of nerve to not have an appointment. Brought my business elsewhere although I have to say they have some beautiful things.

Purchased tiles that arrived damaged and they refused to make good on replacing the breakage. Unfriendly, unprofessional, and dishonest. There are many sources of beautiful tile - I chose to patronize a local and endured an awful experience in the process that I shall never repeat. Go elsewhere

The review by Kristin L is out of line and irrelevant to the virtues of Clad Tile & Stone. This is a prime example of cyber bullying a retail establishment. Kristin, who sounds like a jerk, illegally parked her car in Clad's premises in order to frequent a cafe next door. Now she feels so strongly offended that she finds it imperative to go on Yelp and try to damage the reputation of the merchant and harm the ability of the business owner to make an honest living. Kristin is an a-hole.

What a great place. Some stone and tile you wont find anywhere else. The prices and the very helpful staff will make you happy that you went there. As far as the other review here the parking clearly belongs to Clad Stone and TIle. So the person that wrote the other review is being dishonest and trying to make someone else look bad through her ignorance.
