Andrew from Plumbing Doctor was super awesome - he came out early on a Sunday morning and fixed a leaking kitchen sink in about 10 minutes (when I had spent a couple hours struggling with it). He kindly provided a tutorial to walk me through what he was doing so I learned how to properly install a P trap. Super friendly and professional - strongly recommended!

Called Plunbing Doctor at 10:30 am today. They made an appointment for 2-4PM same day. Tech arrived on time and performed some corrective work and also analyzed a noise issue. Work was doine in a professional manner with a very couteous Tech. He are very happy! Service: Water heater repair

Jeremy just came by today to troubleshoot a stubborn leak beneath the kitchen sink. He took the time to find two separate problems and address them both. He also helped me understand how I can monitor and replace certain parts myself, if necessary in the future. I highly recommend Jeremy and appreciate his attention to detail. I am so happy that Plumbing Doctor was able thank come out and repair our leak the same day. We were extremely satisfied with Andrew's work. He was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Andrew was respectful of our home and animals. We bought the extended warranty so we will be using Plumbing Doctor again and hope to use the coupon next time.

Job done right at the end but totally messed up on the quote details and pricing, got worst after their agreement only I replaced line item to line item with customer supplied part. 1st of all quote has almost all are different item descriptions, model, size etc than what is being quoted/ installed. 2nd of all the price gets added, like city permit fee etc up after job is done 3rd of all way more bloated up quote on same line items, added new line items/majorly parts, install costs quantity doubled. (after i supplied the tankless water heater whaever tech asked, brand new from my cal steam account). Overall I ended up paying $1350 (calsteam + plumbing dr. combined) more than originally their own quote. I could share the proof.

This is my first time using Plumbing Doctor (my regular plumber wasn't taking service calls for some reason), and I was happy when the dispatcher said they could come out first thing today. Andrew diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly, and he was very pleasant and neat throughout. I learned a lot about home maintenance (e.g., how to shut off the water if there is an emergency) and was so impressed that I now have a new plumber if needed.

Andrew and Raul did a wonderful job! Replaced a cracked sink and installed a new bathroom faucet and taps. Also removed and hauled away a disused water softener unit from the garage, and capped off a disused backyard faucet. Expert workmanship! These guys care about doing things right! We have used Plumbing Doctor for many years now, and will continue. Highly recommended!

The tech showed up. kicked in the side of my home to look under house, then could not find the water turn off valve, took about 20 minutes then let to get parts I guess. came back and told me it would take about half a day.in ten minutes he knocked on door and said he was done and I had a 737.00 bill, for a 30 minute job. so upset tried to call and the manager was horrible also. BEWARE

Our dear neighbor had an issue with their water main in Woodland. They asked if they could tie into our water line while we were out of town and during the repair and of course we said yes. They had to dig a large trench so they removed two of our large flowering bushes. They left them out of soil and water. It took them more than two weeks to fill in the trench.

They did a horrible job filling in the grass and plants. I called THREE times to complain and THREE times there was no response. Fast forward 11 months and when I realized that many of the other plants in the front were turning brown, I manually turned on the drip system to soak only to discover the pipe to the drip system had been cut in the trench they had dug.

They did come out the next day. When we discussed the original plant problem, the person said they couldn't do anything but to call the company. I spoke to a very pleasant fellow on the phone that spoke to his boss. who said they weren't sure that the problem was actually caused by them and it had been a year so they would not do anything with the plants. Obviously I do NOT recommend this company and their dreadful customer service.

John came for my house, gave me a verbal diagnosis and charged me for what he said I needed to have replaced. He also stated that he would send me a proposal stating what I needed to have replaced. I never received that. In fact when I recently called to complain about him not sending that info. to my email which he said he would do, he lied about not saying that.

He is unprofessional and removed his mask from his mouth when he came into my bathroom. I was told today that I would get charged for John to come back to my house to give me another Diagnosis. Beyond Ridiculous! I would not suggest using this company.

Ron is a fantastic plumber. He was Professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he did what he promised. He was direct, gave options and fair estimates. He was extremely courteous and just a super nice guy. He completed the jobs at my home with great care and detail. I highly recommend Plumbing Doctor in Dixon and be sure to ask for Ron.

Jphn, the technician, came to our home and quickly identified the problem. He gave us half off on our preliminary inspection. He went underneath our house and checked all water sources for leaks. The next day, John and Bif John, his supervisor, came to make sure they could do the job. The supervisor decided they could. There was no charge for the second visit.

They will be back after the New Year to fix the problem. We have a water leak in the wall of one of our bathroom. The job will take about four hours and will cost about $700.00. We will also get a 25% discount because we are Senior Citizens. They have a plan where those who are not Seniors can get 25% off too! Little John and Big John are quite a pair -- humorous but efficient. We enjoy working with them.
