With over 13 years of experience in solving customer's pest issues, we strive to be the best in solving your pest problems while offering the highest quality of customer service. I have a personal connection to pest control. One month after I moved in, the roof of my first house was found to have heavy damage due to carpenter ants.
This damage by carpenter ants was not found in a home inspection the month prior to purchasing. I called out a pest control company to handle the situation. I was completely relieved yet bewildered. So thankful to have the problem solved, but I realized that this costly repair could have been prevented with regular pest control service.

Air Duct Repair
Report
The air ducts are an important part of the HVAC system. They are the passageways that move air throughout the home or building. These ducts are responsible for removing air from the rooms and then redistributing the cool or warm air back through the area. For the most part your air ducts are not seen, but they shouldn't be out of sight and out of mind.

At Pacific NW PC, we have worked with homeowners who assume that if the roof isn't leaking and doors and windows are weatherproofed, the house is safe from moisture intrusion. Property owners forget the stuff that goes on inside the crawlspace, and this mistake could cost real money in repairs and mildew remediation.
Rodents
Report
Mice and rats can enter through small openings in the foundation of a building, or can enter underneath doors that lack proper door sweeps. They are also excellent climbers and will use the pipes on the inside and outside of a building to make their way in. Mice and rats can fit into very tight areas and can make it through holes as small as a 1/4.

He was very nice but less than 1 hour after he " sprayed all around my house " and inside in specific places the ants are back. And not a few ants but very much like before he sprayed. So he didn't spray very well or thoroughly. And, or its not an effective product. I explained the extent of my problem but very little is different. Still have lots of ants. And i have to pay to have them come back to do the original job I already paid for!

Awesome service. Received a quote and scheduled an appointment within a day or two. Technician was communicative, on time, and professional. He explained everything he was doing, how it worked, and did a very thorough inspection. At the time of service we had another ant breakout. This had been occurring for a few weeks. Within 2 days of the treatment they were completely gone. Quality service, quality people. Worth every penny.

A sales representative came out and gave me a great neighborhood discount for my first time bug spray. I was so thankful for the technician, Will, who came out and treated my house. He was polite, thorough in his duties, and helpful too! He answered all the questions I had and seemed very knowledgeable on the topic. Overall I would highly recommend this service for pest solutions! Thank you!

I was recently referred to Roland, the owner operator. Being a small business owner myself, I always look to partner with providers that serve their customers with honesty and integrity. Well, Roland is that guy and much more! The very first trip he made to our home was impressive. He thoroughly inspected the property and offered solutions to counter our mice and ants problem (living backed to a green space).
His product knowledge was impressive and service was totally 5 star! We had no other choice but to sign up for a whole year :) Thank you Roland and look forward to seeing you next quarter, I know the "unwanted guests" are now in trouble;)

This company is AMAZING! The owner is so knowledgeable about pests and how to get rid of them! Several other companies refused to quote me prices over the phone and when they came out tried to railroad me. Roland the owner has the best prices out there and believe me I checked. I would highly recommend giving him a call, you won't regret it! Next time I have an issue, I know who to call for help! Thank you PNW Pest, I was worried about the cost this close to Christmas and so relieved to know I did not have to chose between presents and pest control!

We felt compelled to post a review after being provided exceptional customer service by Pacific NW Pest Control. Roland was very professional, knowledgeable and took his time to answer any and all questions very clearly and thoroughly. He explained the rationale for the dilemma that we were facing and the options available to us and never once made us feel as though we only had one option. We would highly recommended Roland and Pacific NW Pest Control!

I stumbled across PNW accidentally, and didn't realize when I booked that it was a local family owned business. I'm thoroughly impressed by Roland and the quality of service. He was available quickly for an urgent need and I feel confident that the treatment plan will be effective. Pricing was extremely reasonable, and he even made suggestions to keep it cheaper (rather than trying to upsell like many others). Roland was friendly and patient, willing to answer all my questions and talk through the entire process.
His approach to control all varieties of pest on a sensible maintenance schedule means we have peace of mind knowing we're covered. He's great with pets and kids, taking extra care to make sure they were all was safe and the treatment process went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PNW to anyone with pest issues, far exceeded my expectations and way better than a big corporation.

Be aware if the bait and switch. I write this review as I'm watching a rat sitting on my deck eating what is left of out evening crums from out BBQ. This is after I hired this company and paid $300.00 for their services. It all states like this. I kept hearing a rat in our crawl space, we have had a issue off and on for a while since my neighbors kept chickens for a while.
The neighbors got rid of the chickens so I figured it was time to bring in some professional. I tried all the store stuff and it didn't work, even the alarms that are supposed to hurt the ears and scare them off. Rats are smart and when one dies then all figure it out and stop eating e poison. I called around and this company has the $99.00 dollars special but I was immediately sold in a $298.00 dollar upgrade.
With stations outside and a follow up visit to check the bait traps in a month. Sold I want there Rats gone. I asked if they will eat their poison because rats are smart. " Oh of course our poison is commercial straight and they are dead in contact " cool. Nice fiendly guy comes out gets in the crawl space to investigate the situation. I told him I heard them under my deck there at holes that are in the dirt you can see them.
I also have heard some under the house. The guy didn't care about my deck he went under the house where he immediately found evidence of rats dropping some in the insulation. Came up and gave me the old "bait and switch " With the 5 step eliminations proses. 1. Put out the bait come back and come back and check the bait 2. Spray foam sealer on the holes to stop rats from going under the house, they use "The Good Stuff " $4.99 a can $50.00 a hole x 2 =$100.00 Really $100.00 bucks? Went and got a can a sprayed the holes in it took about 2 minutes and used about 10% of the can. 3. Spray diluted ammonia under the house (a $5 dollars product ) Another $250.00 dollars ) Ok got a garden sprayer and did the crawl space $30.00 total cost 4.
Step 4 rip out all insulation in crawl space and replace $4000-6000. What?! No. 5. Buy the yearly package to come back and check the bait stations and refill the bait every 3 months. $300.00 buy 3 months get the 4th for free that will cover me for a year. Ok I said let's see how this visit goes and when you come back if there has been activity at your bait stations.
The guy did to bait stations around the house, and tossed in 5 more rat poisons under the house. When I say tossed in I mean that he opened the crawl space door and tossed them in, not purposely placing them around in different spots. I figured OK I'm not the rat expert. Maybe they will find this fine rat poison anyway. One month goes by, rat in crawl space dead we can spell it and we haven't heard anything.
He was trapped in there with no way out because we filled in the holes with foam. Checked he didn't not eat any of the rat poison down there died from being trapped with no way out. The same guy returns to check the baits boxes outside. I said you know what "let me go with you and see what has happened " He goes outside opens the bait box, Nothing!' None for the bait had been eaten.
Ok that's box one. Let's check the other box. Same thing, nothing! The rats has not touched their poison, the guy takes all the bait and outs fresh bait out. I'm thinking there is one rat or two they are Gone. No they are all still here living happy under my deck not interested in the poison all att that's 2 feet from the hole. I asked some of my neighbors, some had the same bait box from their exterminator pest control companies that came out. Gee I wonder if these neighbors rats are on to the poison and are two smart to eat it.
Just like I asked the guy at the start of our conversation, when I was told that they have professional straight poison and it gets rid of rats. Don't waste your money with this company and don't fall for their quick Bait and Switch" They are a complete rip off!

Great company to work with. Within an hour or so of submitting my inquiry, I received a call back from the owner to discuss my options. He quoted me a fair price, and schedule me an appointment with a quick timeline. The employee that came out was very nice and quick. Our ant problem was resolved! I will be using this company again if necessary in the future.

I was having a sudden problem with ants in my pantry. I called PNWPC for a consultation. With his many years of experience, Roland treated the pantry for ants. We further discussed ongoing pest control maintenance at my request. He treated the house inside and outside. There were no more ants within a couple of days and it's been several weeks and still no ants!
He even called back to check in on my ant problem and to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I'm a happy customer and look forward to the ongoing care PNWPC will provide for my home.
