I normally don't do reviews but I felt this was appropriate because my search for ac repair in Orlando led me to Alliance Air and Heat LLC. I am so glad I found them. I have been in Central Florida for about 30 years and have never felt as good about a purchase as I do now. I have a brand new AC system by Carrier and could not be happier with Alliance and the price they gave me. Ron the owner made sure we were taken care of from the beginning. I am sure glad I found Alliance Air and Heat. I had several air conditioning companies that wanted to charge me several thousand dollars more than what Alliance quoted me. Ron the owner came out personally to finish the job. Can't say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend them to everyone!

Got a mailer from Allowing Air & Heat advertising a special, on year old new units. Called and left message along with requested email for contact purposes. Received an email and replied to a few questions, and we set up an appointment on May 11, 2021 for between 11am and pm for a rep to come and give an estimate. As told they would call when on the way. Sat here for three plus hours and never heard a word. Emailed them a few days later, and no response.
That pretty much tells me pretty much all I need to know. If they can't keep an appointment with no explanation for potential business, how are they about getting the job done correctly and in a timely manner, or how would they respond if there were any issues post installation after they have gotten paid?

I would like to say alliance air is the absolute best! From calling with my concerns to them coming and checking out the problem! The gentleman who installed my unit was courteous and knew what he was doing! And Ronnie which I believe is one of the owners is an absolute peach! In the process of selling my home, because I accepted a job in Denver, and my AC goes out! Wow! Great timing and all. So I search for emergency AC repair Orlando FL and find Alliance Air and Heat and Ron the owner comes out and let's me know I will indeed need a new system due to the old one being 20 years old. So I bit the bullet and he orders the system and now I have a fresh HVAC unit for the new owners to enjoy. It really helped me sell my house too. Great job by Alliance and Ron!

I had a bad experience doing business with Alliance Air & Heat. I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come to my house and perform maintenance on my air conditioner. The person on the phone explicitly referred to the service as a maintenance service. So they sent a tech over. He opened up my air handler and ran a couple of tests on the inside and outside units.
When he getting ready to leave, I asked if he was planning on doing any actual maintenance before he left, to which he replied "I'm not here to do any maintenance, I'm just here to look at it. But you still have to pay me for my time". So I ended up paying $50 for someone to come to my house and try to sell me a new air conditioner.

Saturday before Easter, AC went out on Rental Home and called Alliance Air to try and get some help. Got in touch with Mr. Ron and he was gracious enough to work with me and get my Carrier AC unit back up and running again. I will definitely call upon Alliance Air for any future AC problems!
