I regularly suspect these guys of being "too good to be true" with the way they are constantly helpful, honest, professional, thorough, and friendly, but that's really just who they are. Can't go wrong working with Bob and Steve. We were lucky enough to have them respond to a home warranty claim when we moved into our house 6 years ago, and from yearly maintenance to replacing an old system, they have been our main HVAC company since then. Highest recommendation.

Bob Davis is an honest business owner and takes the time to educate you on his diagnosis of the problem, whats needs repaired and provides a fair price. I was loyal to another company for 15 years without getting a second opinion and absolutely trusting their recommendations for repair work. Well, that level of blind trust almost burnt me this past week.

One of my two units was running high (85 degrees). I had this company out to diagnosis the issue and provide a quote for the repair. I had a medium size hole that could not be repaired in the evaporator coil. The unit is 5 years old and the salesman (A/C repair guy) recommended an entire new unit for $7,500.00. I told him I was not interested and wanted a quote for a new evaporator coil.

The next morning I received a quote for $3350.00! I immediately called Bob based upon his great ratings on Yelp, HomeAdvisor and Google. Bob confirmed the evaporator coil did need replaced and let me know that after he replaced it the unit would work fine and did not need replaced. He was professional, quiet, clean and did a great job while working in my house. It goes to show why his ratings are so good. Thank you for being an honest company!

As much as it sucks that our A/C died 2 days ago, I have to hand it to Davis Air and Heat. They came out to the house within hours of my call, got the A/C at least running enough for us to keep the house below 80 for the night, then were back the next day and installed a brand new system. Now, our A/C is quieter, runs less frequently, and the house feels just as cool as before (even though it's set at a warmer temperature). The guys that did the work were professional, friendly, and polite too. :-)

My a/c went out in the middle of the night. I left a ivoicemail for Davis Air & Heat and Bob, the owner phoned me first thing this morning. He had my A/C fixed by 2pm at a very reasonable price. Very happy with this company.

Thank you! This company is good! Had an appointment on Wednesday to get a new AC for my home, but they had an opening Monday. Within an hour and a half I have a new system. Their good with pricing and with service. The two people I worked with were very professional and the installer was very neat and answered all my dumb questions. I would highly recommend this company.

Our whole house AC stopped working the late night that Hurricane Irma peaked, our power stayed on the AC didn't. The next morning I called nine different BBB A+ AC service companies, all I got was voice mail, nobody answering, messages that their company was closed for the day, etc. Almost giving up I called Davis Air & Heat. Bob Davis answered the phone.

He said that he could be here that day except that there was a curfew until late afternoon for Orange County where I live but he would be here first thing the next morning. He showed up on time and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. I have firmly attached a Davis Air sticker to my AC unit, nobody else will ever touch it. Kudos to Bob Davis and his company!

After replacing our old Air Conditioning Unit with a new High Efficiency System from Davis Air, we immediately saw a reduction in our electric costs. They were extremely professional, courteous and on time.

Bob Davis is outstanding. I first used him when I bought my house four years ago. He replaced my a/c system last year and recently fixed a blockage that I had in the vent. He always replies immediately (call back within an hour or two). He is incredibly good at working with your schedule. He is honest and gives fair prices for his work and parts. I recommend him to everyone.

He has worked on my parents house as well and they have nothing but good things to say about him. He is such a rarity in this day of people that are just out to make money. This is true small town customer service. I will never use anyone else.

Living in Florida, air conditioning is very important. In my time I have dealt with a lot of AC companies, and many many techs. As for my favorite, that would be Bob Davis. Not only does he keep his appointments, he's also very helpful, and doesn't lie to you (which I have had happen when I had to use other companies). For what it's worth, I recommend Bob personally whenever someone mentions to me that their AC is not working. Even if you call him up, and just want to ask him about some issue your AC has, he'll be more than happy to talk you through it.

Davis Air and Heating is the ONLY company that my husband and I trust. Bob the owner not only knows his stuff but his work ethic and level of professionalism is second to none!
