Encantada Pools

The design of our pool is beautiful and I have to thank DJ for that. The main problems I have had with this company is its operations and customer service. It has now been 180 days since our project was started and we still have items to be completed. At contract signing, it stated our pool would take 70 days to complete. We are on our third project manager with this company since starting and not a single one of them has communicated with me.

It has been very common to wait days and weeks for answers and their favorite phrase is " We will have an answer for you next week". I'm sure you will attempt to state that all of our delays are due to material shortages which is not true. The delays on this project have been from ordering materials at the last minute and failing to meet your promised deadlines which in turn forced your subcontractors to reschedule.

This created a domino effect throughout all the contractors and leaves me "the customer" waiting. I can not recommend your company to anyone for anything other than a design and it is heartbreaking that I regret using your company for our pool build. I truly hope you develop processes within your company to make sure no customer ever feels the way I do after spending over 70,000 with your company

We Do Encantada Pools a Favor and They Treat Us Like We Owe Them Access Onto Our Private Land! When our neighbor asked to use our private driveway to allow Encantada Pools to transport materials and build their pool, we agreed as long as we were notified before each use. However, Encantada Pools has never called us for permission before, time and time again, driving every form of vehicle on our private road!

When we called to discuss our concerns, Encantada tried to tell us that our private drive was public. When we try to explain the truth to them, they became belligerent and rude beyond comprehension! Yet they keep driving up and down our driveway whenever they feel like it! And in the process they have destroyed the plant life along the property line.

So today we drive hours to their office, property deeds and plot surveys in hand, to try and talk to them about how they are using our private driveway. Instead of a logical conversation about how we have helped them and our neighbor, the owner of Encantada Pools berates and curses at us, even threatening to arrest us for trespassing in their office.

How ironic! He threatens us with trespassing while he uses our land like he owns it. The next time this man even attempts to drive one of his vehicles onto our private drive, we will see who is arrested for trespassing. The owner of Encantada has done nothing except make us regret ever deciding to be nice to neighbors. The irony continues as we are drawing up plans to build a pool on our lot! But I wouldn't hire the owner of Encantada Pools to build a cesspool much less one I would actually swim in!

What an amazing company. They took care of my every need and my pool is a dream come true. If you are looking for customer service, friendly, helpful staff and the best pool ever Encantada pool is the place to go.

I shopped around a lot for a pool and Encantada Pools by far was the pool company that gave me a lot more for my money. They really made sure that we got what we wanted. Excellent customer service and the crew was very respectful and great workers. My back yard looks awesome thanks to Encantada Pools. I highly recommend them.

A great company! Our pool was finish a year ago. Their design team is to notch, the construction team kept our project moving along quickly, and they respond to isuues within a day.

We were so pleased that we chose Encantata pools to build our pool. It was a group experience from start to finish. Trish and Chad were always available for any questions we had. Our pool turned out beautiful highly recommend this company.

Completely pleased with Encantada Pools! After starting the process with several other pool companies, we decided to go with Encantada and Chad's beautiful design. We couldn't be happier. Any little issues that have come up, they have gone over and above to make things right. Would recommend without reservation to anyone.

Horrible service, they can't get their appointments right. We scheduled an appointment at 4:00 today at the SAHBA home show, they came at 2:00 and of course no one was home. We kept repeating to the lady 4:00 and they still showed up at the wrong time. Also, no one called to confirm the appointment. Maybe if they had better customer service and would have confirmed the appointment, they would have showed up at the correct time.

We had Encantada build us a pool and splash pad in 2016. They also designed our landscaping. It was a great experience from start to finish. And, we've had no issues since completion. I've contacted them a few times with random questions and they've always immediately responded. Really great company with really great people!

The folks a Encantada Pools did a great job helping us design and install our custom pool design. They worked with some tight time constraints while producing high quality results within an affordable budget. We enjoyed working with the team there, everyone is enthusiastic and do a great job following-up on the details. They helped us turn a bland backyard into a tranquil oasis.

Encantada Pools exceeded our expectations in designing our backyard for us. We really wanted a great place for family and friends to come hang out and they gave us a backyard I like to refer to as our "stay-cation" yard. Not only did they design our beautiful pool and spa, but an amazing outdoor BBQ pergola area with a bar perfect for my husband to watch the games with his friends.

We have received so many compliments on the design from various contractors, neighbors, family and friends. Chad and Jordan and the team are top notch and were very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend Encantada Pools for your backyard design.

Professional, creative, responsive, conscientious - everything you would want in a company you're entrusting to design and build your pool. Encantada does great work and stands behind its work 100%. Highly recommended. (They built our pool, spa and splash pad in 2016 - we love it and loved working with them).

My husband and I were really excited to get a pool built by Encantada. They had good prices and options and seemed to be the best deal. Chad came out to our house to take measurements and discuss everything. He told us he would have our bid ready in about 7 days. We waited and waited for him to call us. Finally, on day 13 I called him. The receptionist said he was on the phone so she would give him a message to call me back. Hours later I hadn't heard back from him so I called back.

This time she said he was in a meeting but that she gave him the message and would tell him again. By the next day I still hadn't heard back so I called his personal phone and left a message. Then I called the office one last time and told her I still hadn't heard back from Chad but we wanted to give him one last chance. She apologized and said she would give him the message. Now, 4 days later, I have not heard one word from Chad.

I guess he really didn't want our business. We are actually very glad we didn't go with Omni, I would hate to see how long and horrible that process would have been. His loss.

Encantada Pools is an awesome company to work with! Our pool is perfect and the surrounding work (a splash pad, pavers, turf, and planters) was also top notch. Timely and responsive to our requests and questions.

Enchantada pools did a wonderful job on our pool. We absolutely love it! We were impressed with everyone who worked on our pool and would recommend them to anyone.
