I've used them several times in the past and thought they were great but something has definitely changed and I would not recommend them. I called a couple weeks ago because my pool needs some work and I run an AirBNB so it's important I have a clean pool. I made an appointment and the woman told me they could get me in early this week (2 weeks later) and maybe even the Friday before Friday.
I called that Friday to check in and left a message. I gave them Monday to call back and when I didn't hear back, I called Tuesday several times and also left a message. I called again Wednesday asking if they could at least let me know if they were no longer planning on coming so I could schedule with someone else (and let them know I am now 3 weeks behind with a broken pool) and it's now Friday and they still never called. Totally unreliable. I called elsewhere and have an appointment next week - wish I would have never waste time on Clark's Pools.

Critical: Responsiveness Clark's was recommended by our pool service guy. I have left 6 messages over the last year, have spoken to a woman several times, yet still no appointment-Absolutely zero follow up. No one answers the phone, nor calls you back. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. DON'T BOTHER!

I've had consistently excellent service from Clarks Pools. Tonight, however, they went above and beyond. Our pool filter had stopped working last evening. I called Anissa at Clarks today not expecting that anyone would be able to stop by until our regularly scheduled cleaning in a few days. However, this evening after working a full day building a pool, James stopped by to diagnose and fix our pool filter.
He explained the various issues with it and how to prevent future pool filter problems. In a day where customer service is often shabby, here's to Clarks Pools for delivering top-notch service.

DO NOT USE! Unprofessional, disrespectful, and sexist. I would never use their services again. They took far longer than projected to build my pool, which is fine, but gave me the run around every time I called for information as to when people would be coming over to work. Thereafter, when I was having a warrantied issue with the pool equipment less than a year later, the owner came over, emptied a basket, didn't solve the problem, and tried to charge me almost $100!
It wasn't until the "man of the house" called that the company took my issues seriously and solved the problem. After that they ignored my calls and would only respond to male family members, leaving disrespectful messages on my home phone that I apparently was not meant to hear as they were addressed to the man of the house and were directly degrading me. If you don't want to be treated as though you are incompetent, STAY AWAY!
