Omni pools provided great customer services and professional results. When a few minor issues arose. My Omni team immediately addressed them to my satisfaction. With a cost as high as a new or renovated pool, go with a company you can trust, like Omni.

The pool project was daunting to say the least, but Matt, Jonathan, Allysa, and the crew made it go so smoothly it was amazing. And it was completed ahead of schedule (from what we were thinking it would take). We love our pool and are looking forward to enjoying it with family and friends!

We had a great experience with Omni and are enjoying our beautiful pool despite it basically being winter and choosing not to have a heated pool. When we decided on a pool build we hoped it would be done in time to swim as early as possible next summer. With all of the reports of supply chain and labor issues of the past year or two and hearing nightmare stories of delays and quality issues in the industry, we were definitely concerned about choosing a quality builder and things getting done in a timely manner.

After plenty of research and reading reviews, we got designs and bids by 4 builders. The moment Rich arrived on site (3rd of the 4) to discuss our wants and map out the property I was impressed and refreshed by his demeanor, attention and insight. When I received the design I was even more so and pretty much knew from then that if we were going to go through with getting a pool, that it would be hard not to choose Omni.

After Rich transitioned us over to the team that would handle the construction process, John was our assigned project manager, we enjoyed working with him and he was our main point of contact through the on-site build process. He has always answered our questions and concerns promptly and fully and was on-site regularly and to inspect following each phase.

All parts of the process were smooth and any issues that we brought up, which in the grand scheme of things were minimal and minor, were always promptly responded to. The crews that came out for each part of the job (clearing, excavation, plumbing, gunite, cleanup, tiling, deck, finish, and finally cleanup) were efficient and respectful of our property.

If we had any questions for them they were always patient and attentive to answer. During the process we had access to an app on our phones to track the timeline of the entire process and to communicate through (we also were able to communicate outside of the app via text or call). We worked with Veronica and Jessica from the office and communication with them was also always prompt.

Their efforts were integral in getting the pool finished in the timeframe it was. Justin was responsible for installing the pool cleaning heads and all of the startup process with chemicals and programming the pump, and he also did the orientation with us on all of the equipment and left us with a lot of other knowledge that will help us keep the pool clear and in working order and understand what to be aware of with regards to regular pool maintenance and what to do if more major problems should unexpectedly arise.

We know we can reach out to him if we have any questions come up. He was also quite entertaining. From the time we made the decision it only took 2 months for the build. I like to think we helped make the timeline easier but the scheduling was handled so well that I think they probably helped us get our things done more than the other way around. Here's to a fast winter!

If you are considering Omni, I would not hesitate to choose them again! With Omni I felt good about their business relationships with the different contractors used and had no cause for worry if something could be scheduled in time or if people would show up. Very happy as well with the quality of materials!

If you're thinking about getting a pool, use Omni! From inquiring, design, installation, and post installation, I've had an amazing experience. Tom Delaney, Scott Culver, Veronica Leyva were spectacular at every point of the project. I'm missing many others that were extremely helpful during this process as well but just know if you work with them every person you meet is more than pleasant.

From start to finish it was about 2 months and that was even with Tucson's unpredictable weather of rain and snow this season. I'm more than happy with how everything went and look forward to singing their praises for years to come. Thanks Omni Pool Builders and Design!

We are very pleased with all the work done by Omni Pools. Our pool and spa have somewhat difficult access but they did a great job putting in Tahoe Blue mini-pebble after a chipping out of the old plaster. Jim Dahnke was great juggling the scheduling despite challenges from the weather and, most importantly ensured timely completion of a very high quality pool and spa. We would very highly recommend them for pool update projects.

We had a small pool installed by everything turned out as expected we had great service from the beginning starting with Moises who designed a pool and onto Ventura who got us through the insulation and Jessica who is our communication clean at the office. Everything was seamless and though we were told in this market things would take at least a year they completed this project in less than 4 months. So far we are very happy!

I used Omni for swimming pool and spa and they did an amazing job. Can't recommend enough. They were by far the most supportive during the design process and had the best timeline for completion among all the pool company's I reached out too. Ventura was an amazing project manager and very responsive whenever I had a question or worry. Highly recommend!

After our terrific experience working with Omni we feel they deserve 10 stars! Everyone within the company with whom we worked was friendly, warm, articulate, and very professional. From Roy Lewallen, who talked us through the whole process, listened carefully to our wish list, then designed our beautiful pool, to Scott Culver, the site supervisor, who oversaw every detail of the construction process, to Justin, who got the pool equipment up and running and so thoroughly walked us through everything we need to know about owning and operating a pool.

There were no corners cut. The quality of the equipment they use, and the talent of the subcontractors is top notch. The whole process from start to finish was done well under the time frame Omni presented, and we couldn't have been more excited to see our project done in mere weeks, rather than months. I would not hesitate to recommend this amazing team to anyone interested in building a pool.

This review is a long time coming. Our pool was completed end of July 2021 and my wife and I wanted to take advantage of the good weather and enjoy the pool. The entire Omni staff was and is fantastic. Everyone we met and talked to from reception, to design to actual construction were fantastic. Ventura Vargas was our construction manager and was great always attentive to our needs no matter how minor.

The design, by Rich, was absolutely wonderful. The people contracted to do the construction; from digging out the hole, rebar, shotcrete, plumbing, tiling, electricity, decking were excellent. I have recommended Omni to many people in our development who were considering getting a pool. To my knowledge, three neighbors have done so. Despite Covid and the shortage of supplies, they got the job done.

And this review would not be complete if it was for their construction/maintenance repair crew who came out last week and repaired a broken pipe caused by an accident in turf installation. I called the day of the break and their repairmen were at my house the next day and finished the job the same day. Omni does not walk away from you once the pool is done. Can someone at Omni please call me back? I have called 5 times in the in the last couple months, and left messages each time for someone to please call me. I'll just tell you what I need on here, super basic (punch list). My skimmer needs to be pulled up because it doesn't sit in my tile right, the second umbrella hole (it's getting real sunny and I'm a redhead), and my solar cover.

I don't think it's a lot to ask especially because 2 of those things are in the contract. Scott came out the end of January and is aware of these things, he said to give him several weeks. He doesn't need to fix things right away I'm just asking someone to get in touch with me. While my pool isn't as big as some or as fancy, I still paid a lot of money for it and I expect some type of customer service, anything.

I see your Instagram posts and other pictures you have recently posted, and I understand why I might not be that important to you guys because you're getting things done for bigger clients. * Is there a special type of umbrella I need for in the pool? All the normal umbrellas aren't fitting, they move way too much even with the sleeve. Also my float for my automatic water refill hasn't worked since the day it was put in, I have to manually turn it on and off.

If someone can reach out to me that would be great. Edit- Scott (project manager) reached out to me and everything listed above was taken care of within a week. I'd give them 5 stars, but a little more organization is needed with taking care of the small tasks. Overall I'm happy I went with Omni and would recommend them.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Omni Pools and Jim Dahnke, Renovation/Project Manager. We contacted Omni Pool Builders for pool repair and resurfacing. Jim Dahnke provided a timely return to our phone call with an immediate appointment. During our discussion, Jim provided a number of options, pool surface suggestions and cost discussions.

Once the contract was signed, we found Jim's communication to be excellent. We were informed about upcoming work scheduled, and each construction landmark was followed with a personal visit and follow-up phone call from Jim. We are very, very pleased with the working relationship with Omni Pools, Jim Dahnke and the final result.

Omni Pool Builders helped us with a pool and spa chip out and resurfacing and other improvements. We couldn't be more delighted with the results. Not only was the work excellent, they were extremely flexible in working around our schedule. In particular, I was very impressed with their responsiveness. Any time I reached out, they were always immediately available and responsive. Their customer service and attention is top-notch. We highly recommend their services.

Omni Pools crew constructed a high quality pool and spa. Aaron Baker, one of the co-owners was very responsive and knowledgeable in the design and construction of the pool and spa. The end product of the lap pool and spa are outstanding. The various workers/crew who did the supervising, digging, rebar installation, piping and pumps were all excellent and hard working. There were some minor communication issues but these were readily resolved. I highly recommend Omni Pools

Jim and Aaron with Omni Pool Builders are exceptional at what they do. They were extremely patient, attentive and friendly. Omni was able to take our vision and create an absolutely stunning pool and spa. They always explained the process clearly, were prompt when making adjustments, and had a smile on their faces. I am so grateful for the beautiful pool my residents can now enjoy! Thank you both for all of your hard work. I will definitely be using them for my residential pool next!

We chose Omni Pool and Design because they were very responsive to us as soon as we reached out to them. We then learned that they build a superior pool for comparable prices to other companies. They just finished our backyard and it looks amazing! The pool is exactly what hat we asked for with no surprises. We have also loved working with Ventura!

Every little thing we wanted changed he made it happen. Any little problem we ran into he fixed it, even when we were ok with the product he would go above and beyond to make it look perfect. If we add on to our pool in anyway we will be calling Omni Pool again!

I would like to take moment to thank Aaron Baker and his crew at Omni Pools! We have been having trouble with our pool for approximately 7 years. The issue was leaking water at the negative edge portion of the pool. We would have to try different repair techniques on a yearly basis. All were band-aid solutions such as silicon, epoxy, cement, etc. For the past several years we had been trying to get someone contracted to repair the pool correctly.

Several contractors came by, gave us the feeling they could fix it, but we never heard from them again. Then we were having some service performed by Ambiance Pool Service and Supply (another company we would highly recommend). I asked Mike the owner of Ambiance to please find someone that would perform the repair correctly. He sent over Omni Pools.

They immediately developed a solution. They started work within two weeks and completed in the time specified. All their team members acted and responded in a professional manner during the entire process. The quality of the work performed by their trade's personnel was excellent! A few were veterans which is always a plus. I highly recommend Omni Pools for all your needs!

Great company to work with. Aaron was very patient with us in designing and redesigning our pool until we got it exactly how we wanted it. Martin was great throughout the construction process. Was very responsive and kept us in the loop on the whole pool building process. We love our new pool and would recommended Omni to anyone looking to build a new pool or update their existing pool.
