Excellent company who are able to handle difficult repairs and for us, excellent knowledge of salt water pool maintenance. Very timely response for repairs especially urgent issues. Like many current companies, they have had difficulties w consistent weekly service due to labor shortages. That said, supervisors or mgrs have stepped up to take care of clients. Very well run professional pool company which is why we have been a client for over 10 years.

We purchased a Viking Spa from E-Konomy Pools. It was a fantastic experience from the first time we walked in the door. Everyone involved took great care in every way. We recently purchased a spa from economy pools in marana. Every employee was very informative, and pleasant to work with! I highly recommend it to everyone! Jacob Park did an outstanding job of assessing my sand filter problems. He took the time to explore every way possible to repair my current filter so that it functioned properly and efficiently. This saved me hundreds of dollars. His obvious skill and professionalism saved the day for me! The next time I need a pool related repair I will ask for him. Thank you Jacob!

I bought a new spa cover that featured a "pitched top" and was told it would keep water from pooling on it. It lasted about 1 1/2 yrs then failed. I tried getting resolution from Ekonomy but all I got was a lot of tap dancing and was finally told by a Mike Timmons that I didn't do enough regular business with Ekonomy for them to resolve my problem... tuff noogies to me RJH

These pics are from when it was looked at, the next day chemicals were added and the third and fourth are the day after chemicals; one in the morning and one in the afternoon! Three days and my pool looks like this!!! I’m over the moon!!

Great store, great customer service. After being out of town for a week I came back to a pool with algae out of control. I went into
E-Konomy pool on Speedway and Jon was so helpful, not only giving me a wealth of information, but also the right products to take care of the problem. My pool was ready in time for my grandchildren to enjoy a swim day when they came into town! Thanks, Jon, for all your help!!

.After studying different parts of the southwest u.s.a., my wife and I chose tucson and so I bought my 3rd and final home here. Since I had a backyard pool for my extended family I first tried patio pool and was quite unhappy as their prices did not reflect very well for me, a disabled vietnam war veteran.

These guys are the real thing! They know their stuff and get it done at a fair price. I highly recommend them if you are thinking about having a repair or other service. Only hours before I had to catch a plane I discovered a leak at my pool pump. On short notice the owner took the time to come to my home to make the repair that allowed me to keep important travel plans.

Replaced ancient pump with efficient variable speed pump. After obtaining 3 bids we selected E-Konomy. E-Konomy's bid was $30 more, but we believe that E-Konomy has a solid service record, based on reviews. James completed the install and went the extra mile to ensure that the entire system was working efficiently.
